1 Dena Bank invites Bids for supply of Blank Dena Debit cards-visa and Personalisation of debit cards: A).Supply of Blank Dena debit cards with Bank s design Visa (plastic) Dena Bank invites Bids for supply of Blank Dena Debit Card Visa from VISA approved vendors who are based in India, as per details given hereunder and according to the specifications as per Annexure A given below and as per sample to be provided by the Bank. The following documents are to be submitted along with the Bid. The bidder should have supplied such stationery and such quantity to any other Nationalised /reputed Bank(s) during the last 12 months (documentary evidence to be provided).the copy of empanelment approval given by Visa to the bidder to be enclosed along with the Bid submission, otherwise the Bid is liable for rejection. The delivery schedule for first one lac cards is expected to be one month from date of placing order & thereafter remaining cards in two lots are to be delivered within 45 days after repeat order from Bank within 18 months. B).Personalisation of debit cards: Dena Bank invites Bid for Personalisation of Dena Debit Card from vendors having personalization facility in and around Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Thane district as per details given hereunder and according to the specifications as per Visa rules and regulation and in the format as per Annexure B. Process flow 1.The Bank will provide card personalization related information as text file 2.Bank will have two channels for card personalization a)cards with name of customers and printing of CVV on signature panel b)unnamed cards and printing of CVV on signature panel 3.After receiving instruction from the Bank,one card is to be stuffed in each envelope with a welcome letter (covering letter- A4 size to be provided by the vendor without any additional cost of the letter and the matter on the letter to be provided by the Bank) in convenient branch wise lots with other materials (Information brochure,pouches,and leaflets etc from time to time ) and PIN mailer wherever applicable, which will be provided by the bank. 4.The personalized cards are to be dispatched to Cards Management Department or all over India by speed post or by 1 st class courier company appointed by the Bank for which cost will be borne by the bank. The following documents are to be submitted along with the Bid. The bidder should have supplied such stationery and such quantity to any other Nationalised /reputed Bank(s) during the last 12 months (documentary evidence to be provided).the copy of such work order from other banks to the bidder to be enclosed along with the Bid submission, otherwise the Bid is liable for rejection.
2 Earnest money deposit of Rs /-(one lac) only per Bid for Job A, Job B separately by separate Demand Draft /Pay order of a scheduled commercial bank in favour of Dena Bank payable at Mumbai.The EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be returned without any interest within one month of the bid finalization.the EMD should be submitted in separate envelope with covering letter without which the bids will not be accepted in the process. The selected bidder for order has to submit security deposit of Rs /- (two lacs) for card personalization in the form of performance Bank guarantee for 18 months and Rs /- (two lacs) for supply of Blank debit card (plastic) in the form of Performance Bank guarantee for 18months. The Bids in sealed envelope superscripted Tender Enquiry No.CM/F:0092 dated should be addressed to the Assistant General Manager(Cards Management Deptt) Dena Bank. And should be submitted during 11 AM to 4PM on working days(saturday-11 am to 1 pm) at Dena Bank Cards Management Department 1 st floor, CTS-261 Opp kamani, LBS Marg, Kurla (West) Mumbai Ph / The Bids should reach us on or before ,4PM failing which it will not be considered. Bids will be opened on at 4.05 PM at Cards Management Department, CTS 261, opp Kamani LBS Marg, Kurla(west) Mumbai Bidders desirous of attending the tender opening may remain present, no separate intimation will be given. Note:The evaluation of both the rates will be independent of each other and the order can be given to the same Bidders or two different Bidders.All bidders are required to follow all applicable VISA guidelines in both the jobs.in respect of the job assignments & rates quoted for Personalisation the same should hold good and valid for 18 months from the date of order however any reduction in price of raw materials,process charges,govt taxes etc.if applicable should be passed on to the bank by way of reduction in charges. The Bank reserves the right to continue or to discontinue the assignment of personalization of debit cards after completion of the quantity mentioned i.e 5 lac or after 18 months unless notified by bank or bidder explicitly. (Bank reserves the right to reject any Bid without assigning any reasons). Prebid meeting will be held on 15 th September2011 at 11.30AM at the above mentioned address at Cards Management Deptt for which separate intimation will not be given,authorized representatives of bidders can attend the same. Alternatively vendors can send their queries regarding the bid by to denacard@denabank.co.in before and the bank will read out the queries in the prebid meeting.the answers to all questions will be provided on to all the bidders by Asst Gen.Manager Cards Management Deptt.
