Only visual inspection of the vehicle will be permitted. Inspection of any other manner will not be permitted under any circumstances. The vehicle will be disposed off on as it where is basis and no guarantee for its worthiness or quality will be given by this office. The tenderer must obtain for himself in his own responsibility and at his own expenses all the information necessary for the purpose of transferring the vehicle in his name like RTO clearances, road tax payments, Insurance premiums, Pollution Under control certificates etc. The successful bidder will be required to deposit the full bid amount

3 latest by 4.00 PM of 8th July 2016 by Demand Draft in favour of Assistant General Manager,(Estate) Estate Department, State Bank of India, C.B.D.Belapur, Navi Mumbai issued by nationalised bank. Request for change in the bid amount will not be entertained under any circumstances. The quotations without EMD will not be considered. Complete Address should be mentioned in the quotation and supported with the proof (attested copies of Aadhar Card, ration card, registration certificate, Voters Identity Card etc). The bidders should always be available for receiving communications at the given address. The EMD for unsuccessful bidder shall be refunded to them without any interest after the decision to award the work is taken. If the successful bidder withdraws his bid or refuses to pay the balance amount or fails to take delivery of the vehicle in time, the EMD will be forfeited and Bank reserves the right to sell the vehicle to the next bidder. After payment of the bid amount in full, the vehicle will be delivered to the bidder and necessary papers will be signed by the undersigned to register the vehicle in the name of successful bidder at his cost and risk. Change of name to any other third person, other than the successful bidder, will not be entertained. The EMD amount will be returned to the bidder, after registering the vehicle in the successful bidder s name and after submitting the proof thereof. The Bank does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid and reserves to itself the right to reject any or all the bids received without assigning any reasons thereof.
