1 LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS - PRODUCER SERVICE PORTAL The Producer Service Portal allows producers to view both their existing and transferred book of business with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. Most importantly, they can login and view their Under 65 individual member policies that are in transition from UniCare to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. Licensed and contracted Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois producers that service individual BCBSIL members can directly login to the Producer Service Portal We recommend you bookmark this page and add it to your Favorites folder for future reference. If you don't have a User ID and Password, and are an authorized producer/agent for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, you can register for access using the secure online request form Non-contracted BCBSIL producers that were servicing UniCare members will have temporary access to register on this portal to view their book of business that transitions from UniCare to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. 3 If you have trouble logging in (i.e. you keyed an incorrect User ID or Password, you ll get the following screen. Please make sure you are using the correct case sensitive User ID and Password. After the Agent has successfully logged into the portal, the Agent will see a screen like the one below:

4 The screen will list Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening User Name! Under the greeting, General Announcements are listed for all Agents to view. These announcements change from time to time. An agent/producer can view the announcements or click on any of the links on the left hand column (screenshot provided below).

5 CLIENT LISTING: Producers can use this option to bring up a list of their Clients based on the parameters they select. Direct business (i.e. non-producer sold business) is not included in Client Listing. Terminated accounts for the agent will only display on the listing if they were termed within 90 days. Producers can select this Client Listing option to view both existing client application as well as applications that are being transferred from UniCare. Client applications that are pending transfer from UniCare will be separated from your other book of business. (see screenshot above). You will be able to see a total count of your UniCare accounts in the heading section. There is also a Quick Listing option where a single click can display policies in a specified order. (see screenshots below) There is also a Custom Client Listing for more specific search criteria. Once the parameters are defined, they click on the "Submit" button to bring up the listing. Once in the listing, they can click on one of their Clients to go to "Online Access" for detailed information about that Client. There is also a Help page, under Custom Client Listing, that may be displayed to provide more detailed instructions for the agent. It describes in detail how to complete the search criteria.
