3 Breakfast Selections Continental Breakfast Our delicious continental breakfast features our Chef's selection of assorted breakfast pastries, seasonal fresh fruit, chilled juice, regular and decaffeinated coffee with cream and sugar. Signature Breakfast Buffet Add a little variety with our signature breakfast buffet. Featuring scrambled eggs, home fried potatoes, bacon, sausage, home style gravy and fresh baked biscuits with butter and jelly. Includes chilled juice, regular, decaffeinated coffee with cream and sugar. For an additional charge you may substitute one of the following: grilled ham steaks, turkey bacon, turkey sausage or sirloin steak. Please see the catering pricing guide for more information. 5 Plated Lunch Selections The following plated lunch selections include house lemonade and water. Condiments, 15 piece linen and china included. Bottled water or soda available for an additional charge. Santa Fe Chicken Salad Crisp salad greens tossed with pico de gallo, black beans, corn, colby jack, scallions and fresh cilantro. Topped with grilled chicken, crispy tortilla strips and avocado ranch dressing. Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Crisp romaine topped with char-grilled chicken breast, topped with handcrafted croutons, parmesan cheese and red onions. Chicken Capri Boneless four ounce chicken breast served with a warm sun-dried tomato vinaigrette. Accompanied by oven roasted red potatoes and green beans amandine. Chicken Parmesan Breaded four ounce chicken breast, marinara sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Served with pasta and vegetable du jour. Our specialty white sauce available for an additional charge. Lasagna Layered meat pasta with a variety of cheese, marinara sauce, served with our fresh garlic bread. Signature Box Lunch Our classic box lunches are simple yet satisfying. Featuring turkey or roast beef on Chef's selection of bread, potato chips and one cookie. Executive Box Lunch This deluxe box lunch features your choice of turkey, roast beef, chicken salad or ham on Chef's selection of bread. Taste of Italy Pasta with your choice of rich red or white sauce, accompanied by a delicious, freshly baked breadstick. Southwest Enchilada Southwest chicken enchilada casserole with black beans. Served with chips and salsa. Turkey Melt Turkey patty melt accompanied by seasonal fruit and house salad with iceburg lettuce, tomato and cucumbers.
