(b) He has turned grey since his mother-in-law moved in with them.. (c) He turned a new page. 7. English has many ways of marking in the verb phrase that an event, state, etc belongs to future time. Discuss, and give examples of, three different ways of marking future time in the English verb phrase. For each one, say what kind of perspective on the future it signals. (6)
