ROLL IT, CUT IT, FOLD IT, WRAP IT. is a family-owned company with a century-old Northern Swedish bread culture. Good taste and the tradition of hearth-baked flatbread are the building blocks of s success. The Polarmetoden means that the bread is frozen directly after baking in a traditional northern Swedish way. This allows us to bake without preservatives and other unnecessary additives. All of our products are: Free from preservatives, artificial colourantsand flavourings. Milkfree Free from the most common allergens according to the EU list of allergens. Salmon Wraps 2 wraps 2 polar roll (soft flatbread) 50 ml crème fraîche 2 tbsp cream cheese 100 ml grated cheese, preferably matured ½ tbsp dill seeds ½ tsp cayenne pepper ½ tsp sea salt 4 lettuce leaves 6 slices of smoked salmon 2 long slices of cucumber 4 long slices of carrot 1 sliced radish 4 sprigs of dill Mix the crème fraîche, cream cheese, grated cheese, dill seeds and cayenne pepper, salt to taste. Add the cheese spread on the bread. Spread out the lettuce leaves and salmon on the bread. Top with cucumber and carrot slices, radishes and dill. Roll it up to make a wrap. Weight: 60 g Size: 26 x 18.5 cm

3 Prawn and Coriander Mini-wrap 4 wraps 1 polar roll (soft flatbread) 4 tbsp lemon-flavoured olive oil 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander, save a few leaves to use as garnish a pinch of chopped red chilli 400 ml peeled prawns 2 tbsp cream cheese 200 ml rocket salad 4 slices of lemon 4 sprigs of fresh coriander 100 ml crème fraîche 1 tsp lemon juice 1 clove of garlic, crushed a pinch of salt Mix the lemon oil, white wine vinegar, honey, coriander and chilli. Stir the prawns into the marinade. Divide the bread into four wedges and spread the cream cheese over these. Roll up the pieces of bread into small cones, and tie them together with a nice piece of string. Then start by putting the rocket salad in the bread, and add shrimp. Mix together the crème fraîche, lemon juice, garlic and salt. Drizzle the sauce over the prawns (or serve on the side). Garnish with coriander. ROLL IT, CUT IT, FOLD IT, WRAP IT. Tea-time snack with chocolate and orange 6 pieces 1 polar roll (soft flatbread) 100 ml chocolate-flavoured cream cheese 1 orange 50 ml fresh mint leaves for decoration: 3 thin slices of orange a few pistachios, chopped a few mint leaves Spread the cream cheese on the bread. Grate the orange peel and spread it out over the cream cheese. Peel the orange and cut the fruit into small pieces, slice the mint leaves. Top the bread with the pieces of orange and mint leaves. Roll up the bread tightly and cover it in cling film. Allowing it to rest overnight will give the flavours time to develop. Then cut the roll into bite-size pieces. Top it off with the orange slices, chopped pistachios and mint leaves. Here s a tip! Mix plain cream cheese with hazelnut or chocolate spread if you cannot find flavoured cream cheese. Conveniently pre-sliced. wheat bagel with goat s cheese 4 pieces 4 wheat bagel Butter Rocket 6 slices of Parma ham 100g goat s cheese 100g brie Fig marmalade Cherry tomatoes Fresh thyme Butter the bottom half of the bread Add the rocket, ham and slices of cheese. Put a bit of fig marmalade on the cheese and then top it off with tomato and fresh thyme. Top off with the other half of the bread and serve. 6 HOT AND COLD SANDWICHES multi seeds This bread has a mellow flavour and a healthy profile. If you grill it, the taste from the seeds appears very nicely. Pre-sliced. Stuffed with flaxseed, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds soft rye bun A very soft, fluffy, white bread with rye. Pre-sliced. HOT AND COLD SANDWICHES Only natural fats from the seeds Rich in fibre Low in sugar Weight: 67,5 g Size: Ø 100 mm Multi-grain toast with salami and mushrooms sautéed in thyme. 1 piece 2 multi seeds 3-4 mushrooms 1 mini carrot ¼ red bell pepper 1 tsp rapeseed oil 1 clove of garlic, crushed 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh) 1 tbsp cream cheese 2 slices of salami 1 tbsp grated mozzarella a few basil leaves Slice the mushrooms thinly, shred the carrot and dice the pepper. Heat up the oil in a pan and add the mushroom slices, shredded carrot and diced pepper. Add the crushed garlic to the vegetables and fry with the thyme for 3-5 minutes, or until the mushrooms begin to colour. Spread the cream cheese over the bread and add the salami. Tip the mushroom mix onto the salami and top it off with the mozzarella. Add the second slice of bread, press the two halves together and put the whole thing in a sandwich toaster for 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the bread has a nice colour.
