2 Company Profile In 1990, AWDI GROUP was established in Glastonbury, CT, USA as an exporter of Electronics and Appliances to South America and to Eastern Europe. In 1992, AWDI Group was established in Romania initially as a shop network of electronics and and appliances and later the group has extended its activity to domains such as telecom, advertising, construction, hospitality and restaurant industry, agriculture, logistics, and distribution. Through the years the group through its many divisions it has become a leader in Hotel, Catering, Restaurant, and food industry, logistics and distribution, and real estate development. Through the more than 12 years experience in operating hotels and restaurants, AWDI Offshore Services takes pride to be able to offer class A catering service Throughout the past two decades, AWDI Group has been able to demonstrate outstanding and superior capabilities through constantly meeting its commitments towards all customers and stakeholders. 4 Quality Control Policy AWDI OFFSHORE SERVICES is committed to high standards of system controls that assure the quality and food safety offered to our customers. This is achieved by the implementation and application of strict control and monitoring procedures by our Quality Control department such as: Predetermination of technical specifications of raw materials, selecting the best quality materials and performing proper inspection procedures upon receipt by our quality specialists prior to granting permission for use; Strict application of HACCP requirements, along with other applicable preventive measures to secure food safety; Empowering the role of quality controllers and production supervisors to effectively and appropriately monitor the performance during the production in order to proactively control any potentially undesirable situations; Performing a periodic mandatory lab testing for all production employees.

5 Staffing The company employs more well trained staff from over 20 different nationalities. This includes a large number of food production and handling specialists together with dietitians, engineers, quality controllers and logistic specialists. Employees undergo continues training and development courses throughout the year.
