Recently refurbished this is a very comfortable base to discover Lucca and its beauty and its surrounding area. The owners a young couple, Andrea & Chiara, bought it few months ago after a long "very italian" history but I leave it.. too long.. they repainted and refurnished the apartment. Now it's ready and they wish to rent it. Andrea is the best HandyMan all over Tuscany.. so be sure that here everything works.. or anyway... it can be solved in a while!! The apartment lies on the third floor (43 easy steps from the street level) of a very typical townhouse in the east side of Lucca few steps from the beautiful Church of San Francesco and its Square. Now the Piazza is very beautiful as they have make it Pedestrian and the convent on the back of the Church has been completely restored. Here there a couple of very good Pizzerais, grocery, bakery, cafe for breakfast in the morning.. everything is a few steps away as well as the weekly market and the access to the promenade on the top of the city's walls. The apartment is a large studio with a separated kitchen. You get into the living area where is a large dining table and black leather sofa (which is a french bed also). Some moveable white panels divides the living area from the bedroom where is a queen sized bed. The bathroom has a bath tub where you can also have a shower and the kitchen is fully equipped and extraordinary large to be in a studio. The apartment comes with several windows so you have plenty of lights and beautiful view... you will cook looking at the Guinigi Tower! Price per Week Euros The Weekly Rate includes the rent of the property, the agency's commission and taxes. Payment Details: Deposit 20% upon booking, Balance Upon Arrival. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Self Catering Property: no staff, no maid, no breakfast nor meals, no hotel services. No daily stays: minimum a week.
