He has also developed and delivered training in this area. In addition, he has experience in various market segments. Reuben has excellent knowledge of the technology within the Oracle E-Business Suite and also has high-level functional knowledge. He also has extensive knowledge about the development of software from a functional and technical perspective. He has been involved in the development of customizations, interfaces, and conversions and took care of demonstration and presentations for customers and end users. Rueben has also regularly carried out quality assurance on other projects. He has good analytical and communicative skills, is a good team player and shows high commitment to the project and the customer, and delivers high quality. I am working as a technical EBS consultant with roles ranging from architect to technical lead to developer. Bridging Solutions BV Principle Consultant April 2008 April 2011 Bridging Solutions is a consulting company that focuses on ERP and CRM projects within the Netherlands. Bridging takes on projects as main supplier and also delivers consultants to other project implementations. I worked as principle consultant in the role of technical manager en technical consultant in several projects and have worked internally to upgrade the knowledge of the technical consultants. Oracle Netherlands Technical Manager March 1999 March 2008 I worked as a technical consultant E-Business Suite at Oracle Netherlands. In the years I worked at Oracle I have grown from developer to technical manager en have done many (international) projects in several different roles. The CV contains only a selection of projects. Turnkiek Information Consultancy Application Developer May 1995 February 1999 I was an Oracle developer at Turnkiek. These are full custom projects for customers working with products like Forms 3.0 en 4.0, Report Writer en Reports 1.0. PROJECTS ANWB, The Hague Development September Present ANWB is changing from a yearly subscription model to a fully flexible subscription model. To do this they are redesigning their front end systems which leads to changes in the backend systems. My responsibilities are designing and developing solutions to support the new business model. Next to this designed and developed a custom revenue recognition solution that will allow for the new flexible model. LVNL (Air traffic control), Schiphol August January 2015 Integration Design and develop a custom solution to connect Oracle HR and Learning Management with a 3 rd party offsite solution (ADP Workforce). The main HR processes are transferred to ADP and the Learning Management processes needs to keep running transparently as if employees are held in HR ANWB, The Hague April 2013 February 2014 Development/Integration Design & develop a custom solution for increasing receipt matching to 98% using APRO, lockbox and a custom solution. The custom solution adds the intelligence to boost the matching to the desired amount. 3 Brunel, Amsterdam January 2013 September 2014 Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics Navision & Microsoft Dynamics XRM Integrating Microsoft XRM with Oracle Finance, HR and Projects for Netherlands, Belgium. Responsible for delivering the integration strategy and development of all integration components on the Oracle side. Per Brunel has decided to replace Oracle EBS with Microsoft Navision and during this project I am responsible for design, development and testing all integration between Microsoft XRM and Navision. Besides this I am responsible for creating solutions in XRM to enable the system to support the business processes much better and to rollout these solutions to Brunel sites in Singapore and Germany. Customer is currently on R and will reimplement in R The project needs to incorporate 29 integrations in an architecture that is future proof. Responsible for designing the integration strategy, the integration architecture within the current IT landscape and the integration components. Responsible for planning of the technical team and the conversion project. Created conversion strategy, integration strategy and the performance strategy as well as some designs for specific interfaces. Next to that I was responsible for supporting the customer in some areas of hardware and software installation through liaising between customer and the hosting parties. 4 Ziggo, Utrecht April 2008 August 2009 Advisor Oracle Insight route for Ziggo. The Oracle Insight route is an Oracle study to determine the long-term architecture of an enterprise. From the customer side (Ziggo) I supported the department Architecture & IT Development regarding this study. Thyssenkrupp AG Elevators, Stuttgart/Toronto/Atlanta March 2004 December 2007 Global Technical Manager.5.9 Thyssenkrupp Elevators is a large German enterprise with business units all around the World. The project can be described as a high-pressure project with short deadlines and high quality demands because of the laws in the elevator branch. Within these three domains, the customer has defined approximately 440 pieces of customization. These customizations are built using SSI and local development teams in the Netherlands, Germany, Canada and the USA. All systems are housed at Oracle On Demand in Austin, Texas. During the project, besides standard technical management, I had the following responsibilities:! Sponsor of the process for discipline and motivation for successful change management! Execution and guidance in change management of the members of the TKE team and the different locations Toronto, Atlanta, Krimpen and Neuhausen! This is one of the first implementations of this product in the world. The partner did not have enough knowledge of this module in a technical perspective, meaning that they had difficulties tuning the interfaces to this (and other) modules, but also problems with the performance of the total application. My role was to support the partner in each (technical) area where help was needed. So the daily changing activities largely consisted out of support of the developers with tuning the interfaces (AR customers/ar Invoices/IEX Delinquencies). Accessing the Collections development group for additional support, handling outstanding TAR's with Oracle support, tuning of the standard application and the collection of performance data of the hardware machines. Proclare (Deloitte&Touche), Diemen February 2003 September 2003 Advisor Proclare realized the Proclare Express platform. This is an internet purchase Marketplace for third party purchasers and suppliers to work more efficiently. This platform is built upon the basis of Oracle Exchange, Oracle E-Business Suite (GL,AP,PO,PA,CE with many customizations) and Oracle Portal. Over these platforms lays a combination of a procure-to-pay flow. For guiding the process and the flow, Proclare has asked Deloitte & Touche for a data warehouse. My role was to advise Deloitte & Touche about the operation of all three Oracle platforms, the link between the platforms and the functionality of the procure-to-pay flow. A very thorough investigation has been done into the data sheets of the E-Business Suite and the Exchange, in order to obtain the necessary information to populate the data warehouse. 5 errors, and enhancement of the flow. This was done to gather all information of the flow to then present it in a simple view, so that improvements can be made in problem areas. The third part of the role is the guidance of Proclare in user acceptance tests Alcoa, Waalwijk June 2002 January 2003 Technical project lead Worldwide implementation of the Req-To-Pay (Requisition to Payment) and Order-To-Cash business flows for Alcoa. Alcoa implements his locations (countries) in a fast-forward kind of way. This is done in an aggressive manner, with a scheme of 12 weeks what little room for error. All activities should be performed under pressure and 'ad-hoc ", because the time limits cannot moved. The project activities include the support of what is already created for use in new places and countries, and the creation of new components when functional holes are discovered. My activities include managing and coaching of the Oracle team and external developers, but also actively working with analyses and construction of customization when necessary because of time pressure. The implementation is carried out in different places in Europe (the Netherlands and Hungary), and in the USA (Pittsburg), this leads to close contact and various problems with regard to the streamlining of the global and regional changes. This includes the analysis of the products and the mapping on the HP business. Also resolve the gaps in its functionality, which leads to the creation of customizations. Leading a team of developers and actively contribute to analyses and construction. Provision of training courses (workshops, instructor led training, active coaching) and support to customizing Oracle Applications for the internal developers of HP Italy.
