6 SPECIAL 2/3/4-wheel Motorcycle Test Line. This Test Line, thanks to the modularity and flexibility of its design, finds its employment in Test Area of Production Plants as well as in Government or Private Inspection Centres. Integrated management by means of a single PC-based control unit, it has following overall features: Brake Test. Gas Analisys for two- and fourstroke engines. Speed Test. Automatic cooling fans. Wireless remote control. Floor or flush installation. Control Unit available in 2 versions for indoor or outdoor usage. The assembled vehicle can be fully tested, nothing is left to fate, and with a complete data record of all of its performances. Thanks to the High-End technology adopted and to its flexibility, a wide range of controls under the shortest cycle time can be carried out on this machine. Suitable for passenger cars as well as light and heavy trucks, this test stand is driven by wireless controller. Test environments: Road Simulation. 9 Speed Roller Tester. SPECIAL This unit is a reliable and cost-effective equipment for the End-of-Line context of Assembly Plants, designed under the highest automotive industry standard. It has been designed for being adopted where it is a must the necessity to get reliable results on the functionality and overall performances of the fully-assembled vehicle, without being forced to test it on the road or track. Thanks to the integrated EOBD interface, it is possible to execute test of on-board electronic devices, such as Cruise Control, Automatic Gear, Engine Controller and so on. Test environments: Speed test up to 200 km/h. Distance test. Cruise control test. Gearbox test. Acceleration torque test. Engine brake test. Vehicle warm-up. Vehicle running-in. This equipment is designed for the End-of-Line context of Assembly Plant with high cadence of production and the necessity to get reliable results of the functionality and performances of the whole Braking System, with and without the aid of electronic control systems such as ABS, TCS, VDC and others; because of the constant improving of the braking systems and of the safety devices of which modern vehicles are equipped of, our appliances are always kept up-to-date to test all related devices. 12 SPECIAL Wheel Aligner and Head Lamp Test. For Assembly Plant Production Line Wheel Aligner This no-contact laser type tester can measure the amount of camber and toe when 4 wheels are driving simultaneously. Two monitors are provided, for the driver and the adjuster in the pit. Wheel base setting and the whole measure and adjustment processes are conducted by laser sensors. Head Lamp Test Highlights: Video-cameras sensor to image processing method. Converging with 1m Fresnel lens method. (10m equivalent similar pattern). Luminous intensity measurement function. This unit checks the light pattern created at 10 meter distance at only one meter position, thus achieving high accuracy and space saving in the test area. For Repairing Workshop / Back-up Area / Quality control This product line is suitable for being employed in both Repairing Workshop and Back-up Area of Assembly Plants as well as in Quality Control Department; derived by wheel aligner technology for the most advanced tyre workshops, they find their employment where the highest precision on this kind of application is required.
