Although the name of your bank is changing, the LNB employees who currently serve you will become employees of Northwest. Your accounts will automatically be converted to Northwest accounts. We are committed to making the transition as smooth as possible. Bankline lets you check account balances, account information and transactions that have cleared. You can also transfer funds. Enroll for this service by visiting your local office. 12 Personal Checking Accounts Money Market Account - Insured Money Fund (IMF) Health Savings Account (HSA) 10 ACCOUNT NUMBER Will my account number change? No. Your account number will not change. ACCOUNT ACTIVITY If I write a check before the conversion and it doesn t clear until after, will it be paid? Yes. Your checks will be paid, provided there are sufficient funds available. I have electronic debits and/or credits automatically posting to or from my account such as payroll, Social Security, or automatic payments. Do I need to do anything? No. You do not need to do anything. What will happen to recurring payments being made with my debit card? Once you receive your new Northwest Debit Card, you will need to set up recurring payments using your new debit card number. You can activate your new debit card on August 17, 2015, at 5 a.m. INTEREST RATES Where can I find the interest rate and APY for interest bearing accounts? After conversion, please visit or call Northwest Direct at , Option 5, weekdays, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., for current rates. ACCOUNT STATEMENT Will I receive my account statement at the same time of the month? You will receive a final periodic statement from LNB for the period ending August 14, Thereafter, your statement period will end: Checking: The 13th of each month IMF: The 4th of each month HSA: At month end Will I still receive check images with my statements? You will continue to receive check images in your monthly checking statement from Northwest. IMF customers will not receive images. Customers can also view statements and check images through Northwest s Online Banking at How do I continue to receive statements electronically? In order to continue getting your statements online, plus other account notifications, please select the Statements tab and complete the enrollment process when you login to Online Banking. Once you enroll, you will have access to past statements under the Notices tab within estatements. OVERDRAFT PROTECTION Will my linked checking, savings, IMF or line of credit still be used for overdraft protection? Yes. Any accounts that are currently linked for overdraft protection will continue. What increments will transfer from my linked account in the event of an overdraft? If your linked account is a checking or savings account, the amount that will transfer will be the amount overdrawn plus any applicable fee. If your linked account is a line of credit, any increment that is currently set up to transfer will continue. What are the fees for Overdraft Protection? There is a $12.00 annual fee and a $10.00 per transfer fee for any account that is protected by a checking, savings or IMF account. The protected account will be assessed these fees. For a checking account that is protected by a line of credit, there will be a $12.00 annual fee assessed to the protected account. The annual fee will begin to be assessed starting in January COURTESY OVERDRAFT PROGRAM (PREMIUM PAYMENT PROTECTION) Will my authorization for overdraft coverage of everyday debit card transactions continue? Yes. The option that you selected at LNB will be converted to your account with Northwest. After conversion, we will send confirmation of your opt-in selection, which will include contact information if you wish to change your preference. Does Northwest allow withdrawals at an ATM or teller line when funds are not available? No. Funds must be available in the account to perform a withdrawal at an ATM or teller line.

13 CHECK REORDERING Will I need to order new checks? No. You may continue to use your existing LNB checks. When you are ready to reorder, visit your local office or submit your order through Online Banking. When I want to reorder checks or deposit slips, do I use the same form that I received with my LNB checks? No. When you are ready to reorder, visit your local office or submit your order through Online Banking. Will my check style differ when I reorder in the future? The style of check that you currently have may differ slightly when you reorder. Please visit your local office or sign on to Online Banking to review the wide array of options Deluxe, our preferred check provider, has to offer. What if I currently order checks from another check printer? Although we recommend ordering checks from Deluxe, our preferred check provider, you may continue to use your existing check printer. If I choose to continue using my existing check printer, is there anything else I need to do? Your check printer should be notified of Northwest s routing number ( ) to avoid any future inconvenience. Please visit your local office for required specifications needed prior to reorder. Will I continue to receive free or discounted personal checks, money orders or cashier s checks? This benefit will be discontinued after conversion. For personal checks, please contact your check printer for pricing when you reorder. For current pricing on money orders or cashier s checks, please see the Consumer Additional Account Fee Schedule on page 32. BENEFITS FROM AFFINION Will my additional benefits from Affinion (formerly FISI-Madison) associated with my Fortune 50 Plus account continue? The benefits will be discontinued prior to conversion. Please look for additional communication from LNB. RELATIONSHIP CHECKING CUSTOMERS How are my Relationship Checking Account benefits changing? CD Bonus Rate: The bonus rate on your CD at conversion will be honored through the current term. You will receive a renewal notice prior to maturity with new account terms. Discounted Home Equity Line of Credit Rate: Your current discounted margin designated in the gold or silver tier will be honored and fixed at time of conversion. The margin will be maintained for all future disbursements and with changes to the index rate. Refund on ATM fees: Northwest does not assess a foreign ATM fee. If utilizing an ATM not owned by Northwest or that is not associated with Allpoint or Freedom ATM Alliance networks, you may incur a fee from the owner of the ATM that will no longer be refunded. Please visit to locate surcharge-free ATMs. See page 57 for more information. Annual Free Box of Safety Paper Checks: This benefit will be discontinued after conversion. HSA ACCESS Can I name someone else to have access to my Health Savings Account? Yes. You can add one authorized signer. Will my HSA Debit Card change? Yes. You will receive a new Northwest HSA Debit Card in the mail with instructions during the week of August 3, How many debit cards can I have for my HSA? You may have two cards, one for yourself and one for another authorized signer. Can I have Online Banking with my HSA Account? Yes. Your HSA Account will be accessible on your Online Banking profile. Your authorized signer may also have online access by completing an application at their local office. 11

Once you enroll, you will have access to past statements under the Notices tab within estatements. ACCOUNT NUMBER Will my account number change on my CD or IRA? Yes. The account number will now include the last two digits of your Deposit ID. For example: If you have one CD or IRA and the account number was , your new account number will be If you have two CDs or IRAs and the account numbers were and , your new account numbers will be and ACCOUNT TERMS Will the rate on my CD(s) and/or IRA(s) change? Fixed rates will be honored through the current term. 18 Month variable rate IRAs (Roth/ Traditional) subject to change on a quarter end basis. Will the term on my CD(s) and/or IRA(s) change? Northwest will honor all current terms through maturity, with the exception of: Your grace period will change from 10 days to 7 days. For anniversary CDs, the date of your next interest payment will be the same day as maturity. For example, if your maturity date occurs on the 18th of the month, interest will be paid on the 18th of each month or quarter based on CD terms. ACCOUNT STATEMENT Will I continue to receive an annual IRA statement? Yes. You will continue to receive an annual IRA statement in January of each year. IRA DISTRIBUTION Can I change my automated IRA distribution? Yes. Your local Northwest office will have you sign a Distribution Request Form to make that change. 12

15 Wire Transfers Safe Deposit Boxes What should I expect the first time I initiate an outgoing wire request? All customers, whether they are in person, using a Transfer of Funds Agreement or Online Banking should expect a phone call from a Northwest employee, using a phone number that is on Northwest records, the first time an outgoing wire request is initiated. What should I expect when I initiate a foreign outgoing wire? Any customer executing a first time foreign outgoing wire request will receive a callback, regardless of how the wire is initiated. The phone number used for the callback must be on record with Northwest. Will I be contacted by a Northwest employee for anything other than a first time request? A Northwest employee may contact you to verify the information, if instructions or larger amounts do not appear to fit your usual pattern. Am I able to do an outgoing wire request without coming into an office? Our customers are able to initiate wires through the office by calling, faxing or ing a request, but only if they are setup with a Wire Transfer of Funds Agreement and Authorization. This agreement and authorization must be in place before it can be used. A customer must visit their local office to fill out this paperwork before initiating this type of wire request. When the office receives this type of request, the office will initiate a callback to verify the information with the customer. Is there any reason a wire could be delayed or canceled? If at any time a Northwest employee is not able to communicate with a customer regarding wire instructions or amounts, it is possible a wire could be canceled or delayed. It is important that we have valid phone numbers and contacts for call back verifications. What will happen to my Safe Deposit Box? The contents of your Safe Deposit Box will remain secure after the conversion to Northwest. Additionally, access to your Safe Deposit Box will remain the same. Online and Mobile Banking When will access to LNB Online and Mobile Banking end? Customers can access their personal Online and Mobile Banking until 7 p.m. EST on Friday, August 14, When is the last date that my Online Banking transactions will be processed? Internal one time transfers, A2A, P2P and scheduled bill payments will be processed until 7 p.m. EST on Friday, August 14, Any scheduled external transfers will be processed on Thursday morning, August 13, When can I login to Northwest Online Banking? Online and Mobile Banking will be accessible beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, August 17, You will receive an with a temporary password by 7 a.m. that you will use with your current Login ID*. For additional security, upon your initial login, you will be required to set up your PassMark image, phrase and challenge questions. Will my online information be converted to Northwest? Yes. As long as you have accessed Online Banking since January 1, 2015, the following information will be converted to Northwest s Online Banking: Login ID*, Accounts, 90 days of transaction history, Bill Payment payees and history and future dated or recurring Bill Payments and internal transfers. The following information will NOT be converted and action is required: Passwords: Northwest will you a temporary password by 7 a.m. the morning of August 17, Please make sure your current address is on file with LNB. Account Nicknames: You may set up nicknames for your accounts by selecting Preferences and change account preferences. *Customers who have Login IDs that are incompatible with Northwest Online Banking will be contacted to change their Login ID prior to conversion. 13

16 Mobile Banking: Enroll for Mobile Banking at Northwest by selecting the Mobile tab when you login to Online Banking. Once enrolled, you may download our mobile app and bank using SMS commands. estatementsplus: In order to continue getting your statements online, plus other account notifications, please select the Statements tab and complete the enrollment process when you login to Online Banking. Once you enroll, you will have access to past statements under the Notices tab within estatements. ebills: ebills will be turned off on August 7, 2015 and you will no longer receive ebill notifications. Please reestablish new ebills within the Northwest Online Bill Payment system. Is there any functionality I will lose with Northwest? Northwest does not offer P2P, A2A or external transfers outside of our institution. We are working on a solution for the future that will provide customers that type of functionality. Is there any functionality I will gain with Northwest? The Northwest Online Banking system allows personal customers to make payments to their Northwest loan accounts, including principal only payments. In addition, customers have the ability to open new accounts within Online Banking, longer access to account history transactions, Direct Connect service with Quicken and QuickBooks and additional security using IBM Security Trusteer Rapport. Mobile Banking customers will also have mobile deposit with a cut off time of 9 p.m., Monday through Friday. Does Northwest offer additional online security? Security is our top priority. That s why we partnered with IBM Security, a leading expert in financial security, to offer Trusteer Rapport, customized online fraud protection at no cost. Is there a fee for Online Banking? Northwest offers personal Online and Mobile Banking and Bill Pay free of charge as a convenience to our customers. How do I sign up for Online Banking if I am currently not a LNB Online Banking customer? Beginning Monday, August 17, 2015, you may go to and click on Online Banking to enroll. Once you complete the online enrollment, you will receive an within two business days with your temporary password. Once enrolled, you may sign up for Mobile Banking, estatementsplus and Bill Pay by selecting the corresponding tabs the first time you login to Online Banking. How do I sign up for Mobile Banking if I am currently not a LNB Mobile Banking customer? Enroll for Mobile Banking by selecting the Mobile tab when you login to Online Banking. Once enrolled, you may download the Northwest Mobile Banking app from Apple s App Store or Google Play for Android devices.** Debit and ATM Cards Will I need a new Debit Card? Yes. You will receive a new Northwest Bank Debit Card in the mail during the week of August 3, Your new card will be Visa branded. You can continue to use your LNB Debit Card to make cash withdrawls and debit card purchases. Will I need a new ATM Card? Yes. You will receive a new Northwest Bank ATM Card in the mail during the week of August 3, What is the difference between the Northwest Debit Card and the Northwest ATM Card? The Northwest Debit Card is offered to Checking Account customers to be used to make point of sale purchases, both signature or non-signature (PIN). You can also deposit and withdraw from an ATM with your Debit Card. The Northwest ATM Card is offered to customers who only have a Savings Account. This card is used to make deposits or cash withdrawls from an ATM. Purchases cannot be made using your Northwest ATM Card. When should I begin to use my new Northwest Debit Card? You may activate your Northwest Debit Card anytime after 5 a.m. on August 17, 2015, by using an ATM or by calling STAR at Your LNB Debit Card will be automatically deactivated at 5 a.m. on August 17, **App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc. 17 When should I begin to use my new Northwest ATM Card? You may activate your Northwest ATM Card anytime after 5 a.m. on August 17, 2015, by using an ATM. During the week of August 3, 2015, you will receive a mailer containing a system generated PIN. After activation, if you wish to change your PIN, the following action is required: Debit Card: Visit your nearest Northwest ATM or call STAR at and follow the voice automated prompts. ATM Card: Visit your nearest Northwest ATM. Can I still make purchases with my ATM Card? No. You will no longer be able to make purchases with your LNB ATM Card. If you currently have a checking account linked to your ATM card, your card will be replaced with a Northwest Debit Card. If you currently have a savings account linked to your ATM card, you will be able to make cash withdrawals from an ATM using your new Northwest ATM Card. What will happen to recurring payments being made with my debit card? Once you receive your new Northwest Debit Card, please reestablish recurring payments using your new debit card number. You can activate your new debit card on August 17, 2015, at 5 a.m. ATM Network Can I still use MoneyPass surcharge-free ATMs? You can still use MoneyPass ATMs, but they will no longer be surcharge-free. You will, however, have even more access to surcharge-free ATMs through the Allpoint and Freedom ATM Alliance networks. 18 Credit Cards Investment & Trust Services Will I be able to continue to use my LNB credit card? Yes. You will be able to continue to use your LNB credit card. The terms of your existing card will remain the same. Will there be any changes to my existing LNB credit card? Yes. You will no longer be able to make payments at any of our offices. Payments should be made by mail, online or phone. The payment address is: Cardmember Service, P.O. Box , St. Louis, MO Any questions regarding servicing of your existing account should be directed to Elan Financial Services at I don t have a credit card. Can I apply for one with Northwest? Yes. You will be able to apply for a credit card with Northwest. To apply, visit a Northwest office, go online or call Northwest Direct at , Option 3, weekdays, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. What type of credit cards does Northwest offer? Northwest offers four different types of personal credit cards to fit any lifestyle with low, competitive interest rates and great service: Loyalty: Be rewarded for your loyalty to Northwest and receive a 1% discount on your APR when you have three or more relationships, which may qualify you for a variable APR as low as 6.24%. Rewards: Earn one point per dollar on qualifying retail purchases. Redeem points for merchandise or travel. Classic: Enjoy having the peace of mind of a fixed APR. Secured: This card is excellent for customers who wish to establish credit or repair damaged credit. Will my Trust Account number change? No. Your account number will not change. Will my Trust Officer contact information change? No. You will be able to contact the Trust Officer who handles your account at the same number and in the same location as you have in the past. Will online access to my account change? No. Your online account access will not change. I have a scheduled monthly/quarterly distribution from my account. Do I need to do anything? No. All disbursements/distributions from your account will continue with no disruption. Do I need to do anything to continue to receive the direct deposit of my Social Security or any other government deposit? No. The originators will be notified that the routing number will change. You do not need to do anything. We do recommend that you call your Trust Administrator the first month to verify that your direct deposit has been received. Will I continue to receive my Trust Account statement at the same time of the month? Yes. Your statement cycle will remain the same. The only change to your statement will be the addition of the Northwest logo. Who do I call if there is an error on my statement or my distribution is not made? You will continue to contact your Trust Officer using the same contact information you have used in the past. Additional information will be mailed to Investment & Trust customers in the coming weeks. 16

19 Mortgage, Home Equity, Personal and Auto Loans Will my loan account number change? No. Your account number will not change. Will my loan terms change? No. The loan terms as outlined in your consumer or mortgage documents will be honored by Northwest. Will I receive a new loan coupon book? Mortgage and equity customers will receive a new coupon book the week of August 24, 2015, that will provide expanded information. As your loan account number will remain unchanged, you may continue to use your LNB loan payment coupons in the meantime. There will be no changes to the coupon book for personal and auto loan customers. You may continue using the same book you currently have. What will I use to pay my loan? You can continue to use your current coupon book until a replacement book, if applicable, is received. If you make your payments using Online Banking or our 24/7 automated telephone banking system, Bankline, no coupon is needed. Will I receive new checks to access my line of credit? No. You may continue to use your current checks to access your line of credit. Will there be a change in how I make my loan payments? If you mail your loan payments, you may send them to P.O. Box 3001, Warren, PA You may also make a payment in person at any of our Northwest offices in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and Maryland. Payment may also be made by automatic transfer from a Northwest Checking or Savings Account, via ACH, by calling Northwest Direct at or through Online Banking. Will my mortgage loan escrow account transfer to Northwest? Yes. Your escrow account will automatically transfer to Northwest and the terms and conditions will remain the same. You will receive a new annual escrow analysis statement beginning in December 2015 and every 12 months thereafter. If your account is an adjustable rate mortgage, your escrow analysis statement will coincide with your rate change date. My loan payment is automatically deducted from my checking account. Will this service continue? Yes. The date the loan payment is deducted will remain the same and payments will continue without interruption. Will there be any other differences in how my loan is handled? In the event your hazard, flood or vehicle insurance lapses, Northwest will obtain insurance on your behalf and your account will be charged. Can I make a loan payment using Bill Pay through another financial institution? If you currently pay via Online Banking with another financial institution, you will need to update your Bill Pay to reflect Northwest and update the mailing address. Can I apply for a new loan with Northwest? Yes. After August 14, 2015, please stop into your local office and we will order you a new Northwest endorsement stamp free of charge. CHECK REORDERING Will I need to order new checks? No. You may continue to use your existing LNB checks. When you are ready to reorder, visit your local office or submit your order through Online Banking. When I want to reorder checks or deposit slips, do I use the same form that I received with my LNB checks? No. When you are ready to reorder, visit your local office or submit your order through Online Banking. What if I order from another check printer? Although we recommend ordering checks from Deluxe, our preferred check provider, you may continue to use your existing check printer. If I choose to continue to use my existing check printer is there anything else I need to do? Your check printer should be notified of Northwest s routing number ( ) to avoid any future inconvenience. Please visit your local office for required specifications needed prior to reorder. Will my check style differ when I reorder? The style of check that you currently have may differ slightly when you reorder. If your linked account is a checking or savings account, the amount that will transfer will be the amount overdrawn plus any applicable fee. If your linked account is a line of credit, any increment that is currently set up to transfer will continue. What are the fees for Overdraft Protection? There is a $12.00 annual fee and a $10.00 per transfer fee for any account that is protected by a checking, savings or IMF. The protected account will be assessed these fees. For a checking account that is protected by a line of credit, there will be a $12.00 annual fee assessed to the protected account. The annual fee will begin to be assessed starting in January Safe Deposit Boxes What will happen to my Safe Deposit Box? The contents of your Safe Deposit Box will remain secure after the conversion to Northwest. Additionally, access to your Safe Deposit Box will remain the same. Night Deposit Boxes Will my Night Deposit Box key still work? Yes. You can continue to access the Night Deposit Box with your current key.
