1 1. Registration for users Every user needs to have login Id and password to use this portal. If you are a new user, you need to register into the system. Once your registration got successful, you will receive your login credentials over registered address. i. For New user New users can get registered by completing the regsitration process. You can naviagte to registration form by clicking on Register button as given in below screen. Login Page 1

After clicking on register button, user will get a confirmation message with login credentials. On the first login user needs to reset their password. For Member company they need to use their corporate address for registration 2

4 2. IESA Events When user click on Events from their dashboard on post login, he can see all the list of iesa events as per below screen. User can view the complete event details and clicking on the Event name. Event's Details View Event Summary User clicks on a specific event name, it takes user to that event's details. Click on Summary. Event summary will display with all the information i.e event's start date, End date, Key highlights and location. 4

5 Event's Details View Sessions This page will show all the session get registred for the particluar seleted event. By clicking on specific session name, user can see the list of Speaker registred under that session and the session abstract will also display their. List of Sessions 5

6 View Speakers On clicking on Speakers from left navigation, user can view all the list of speakers got registered for the selected event. List of Speakers You can also view the speaker details by clicking the name of speaker appeared on the list. View Sponsors Click on sponsors, user can view all the list of registered sponsors. 6

7 List of Sponsors View Exhibitions User can view booked plots(colored one) on mouse over (refer below screen shot). Online booking for plot After clicking on plot number for online booking, it will display prize details and will redirect to payment gateway page Payment can be done through Net banking or Card payment. View Event Pricing User can view all the list of pricing details for particular event for different different roles. View Discount User can view the discount's list (i.e. Group discount, Delegate discount, Special discount) for that particular event with all the required detail. 7
