3 ACCESSING SECURE PAYMENT PORTAL 1. Click on the 1 st Auto tab at or 2. Click on 1 st Auto Bill Pay First Time Users: You will need to register for the User ID and Password. Please refer to the section titled Create a User Account later in this manual. 4 MAKE A PAYMENT: REGISTERED USERS 1. ***The upgraded system requires registered users to have three security questions instead of just one. You will be asked to add two more questions the first time you log in. 2. Enter the policy number for which the payment is being made: 3. One Time Payment Information: Frequency: Choose One Time Payment Amount: fill in o The system will not allow you to enter payment less than $20.00 Payment Date: Choose Pay Now or Pay on future date o You can change the date to a future date but cannot enter a date before the current date o You cannot enter a payment date on a holidays or weekends. 3 1 st Auto BILL PAY INSTRUCTIONS The WRC Group rev. 11/2013

5 4. Recurring Payment Options a. Change Frequency to: Recurring Payment b. Frequency Options: choose from drop down c. Payment Amount: fill in i. The system will not allow you to enter payment less than $20.00 d. Next Payment Date: Click for calendar i. You can change the date to a future date but cannot enter a date before the current date ii. You cannot enter a payment date on a holidays or weekends. e. Duration: Options to continue for x# of payments, continue until date or continue until cancelled. 5. Enter Payment Method: a. 8 Bank Routing Number: location indicated on sample check graphic. Bank Account Number: location indicated on sample check graphic. Bank Account Type: select Checking or Savings and check box if a business account. o Note you can save this payment account for future use address: This will be autofilled from your profile, or you can change it to redirect elsewhere and save the address to your profile. 2. 11 MAKE A PAYMENT WITHOUT REGISTERING 1. At Welcome screen click Pay Without Registering 2. Enter Policy Number 3. Enter Payment Information 4. Enter Contact Information a. 12 CREATE A USER ACCOUNT 1. On the log in screen select Register 2. Enter the requested information: 11 1 st Auto BILL PAY INSTRUCTIONS The WRC Group rev. 11/2013

13 3. Set your password and the three security questions: Your User ID must be between 6-16 characters and can consist of letters or numbers. Password must be between 6-12 characters and must include 1 letter and 1 number. The User ID and password may not be the same. You will also be required to include three unique security questions and answers. Guidelines: 4. Click to complete the registration process. 15 UPDATING PROFILE AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION Login with User ID and Password Go to the My Account tab (registered users only) View payer Profile, Payment Methods, Schedule Payments and Electronic Payment History My Profile Contact information Login details o Current password where you can change your password o Current security questions where you can see and change your security questions/answers 14 1 st Auto BILL PAY INSTRUCTIONS The WRC Group rev. 11/2013

17 FIND A PAYMENT To locate a prior payment, enter either a confirmation number from the original confirmation or the address you used to make a payment. The confirmation number is optional.
