It is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. The ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student during class. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds. Become a practitioner after taking the following two classes: Usui Reiki Level I Welcome to your Usui Reiki journey! This course is the beginning level of Usui Reiki training. It consists of open discussion on the history and development of Reiki, Level I attunement and hands-on practice. The latter includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using specific hand positions, self-treatment and practice using various Japanese healing techniques.
