3 PRACTICE PROFILE The practice was first established in Our current activities are centred on our London office. We are able to undertake work throughout the UK and overseas. Our services range from construction cost consultancy to Employer s Agent, project management, expert witness work and other aspects of construction consultancy. Our current and recent experience is diverse, including new-build and refurbishment and ranging from multi-million pound commercial schemes to small residential conversions.

4 PARTNERSHIP STRUCTURE The practice is managed by two partners. Paul E. Marshall BSc (Hons) FRICS Joined the practice in Darren M. Kenny BSc (Hons) MRICS Joined the practice in The partners maintain a high level of involvement with each project including regular attendance at liaison meetings with the Client and other consultants. Our supporting team of surveyors enables us to tackle most projects and with direct partner involvement, we take a personal interest and pride in the success of each and every project.
