Hertfordshire Peter L Murphy Chairman Peter founded Cavendish & Gloucester Plc in 1972, initially with the purpose of establishing a portfolio of commercial and residential investment properties, many of which were tenanted. Refurbishments and property conversions were the mainstay of the business. Building upon this experience, Cavendish & Gloucester Plc expanded into the commercial office parks, industrial and residential property markets. Mandy Soames Sales & Marketing Director Mandy has over 24 years experience selling new homes. She has worked for two other major house builders, Crest Nicholson and Berkeley Homes, selling to a whole range of markets, from first time buyers to the top end of the market, both internationally and across the Home Counties, Hampshire, Kent, the Midlands and all over London. Mandy joined Cavendish & Gloucester Plc in 2000 and oversees every aspect of Sales and Marketing on both residential and commercial as well as being involved in land acquisition and product design. Matt Slane Commercial Director Matt joined Cavendish & Gloucester Plc in 1975 as Accountant Property Manager. As the company s portfolio grew so his involvement with commercial property management became increasingly hands on including tenant liaison, letting, selling and other ad hoc assignments. John Sullivan Joined Cavendish and Gloucester from Regus where he spent seven years in Business Development roles including 4 years as an Area Sales Director. Was also responsible for growing the meeting room and conferencing business in the UK and doubled the turnover from this sector in his final year with the company. He brings a wealth of experience in commercial letting developing strong links with internet sales channels across all sectors of industry. He has worked with the group for seven years and has been responsible for numerous commercial lettings as well as playing a key role in negotiations with planning and development on significant sites owned by associated companies. Louis Leveson Having 18 years experience in commercial property lettings, acquisitions and sales working in Central London Investment and Commercial Agency. He was appointed to drive the acquisition of commercial properties with significant potential for improvement in value. With an extensive list of contacts in London s agency community he is more aware of opportunities and is extremely well equipped to develop confidence in vendors to ensure the successful conclusion of substantial transactions.

4 London & South East Cavendish & Gloucester s Plc commercial arm concentrates on projects in prime areas of London and the South East with a focus on providing Grade A office space to occupiers keen to source buildings with a green footprint. Examples of these projects include the completion of a major new southern based head quarters for HSBC at Southampton Airport and in Bourne End in Buckinghamshire a multi let Business-Park comprising 50,000 ft 2. Major occupiers include Psion Teklogix UK Ltd and a range of software, recruitment and pharmaceutical companies. Cavendish & Gloucester Plc also have a flexible office space offering which includes multi let sites in West Drayton and Finchley. Tenants include Lloyds Bank, Mitchells & Butler, Countrywide Estate Agents. Cavendish & Gloucester are particularly active in North London with substantial mixed use commercial sites totalling in excess of 195,000 ft 2 in the Finchley area alone. 9 Hampshire Cavendish & Gloucester PLC are a prominent player in the Hampshire commercial property market. We opened a Winchester office in 2001 and shortly afterwards, purchased Willments Shipyard, Southampton. Being an 18 acre light industrial estate, bordered by the Eastern banks of the River Itchen, comprising of 32 warehouses and office units, with a respectable rent roll. Developments in Hampshire include the Cavendish Centre, Winchester, which provides 13,000 ft 2 of part serviced, self-contained office suites with ample car parking. In 2007, using local architects, we constructed a new office block adjacent to Southampton Parkway Station and the airport, comprising 17,000 ft 2 which was let to HSBC Bank as their regional headquarters. Offices of 9,000 ft 2 at Millbrook in Southampton have been let to Multitrax Management Services Ltd. Planning permission has been obtained for the Chilcomb Business Park on the Eastern side of Winchester a former distribution centre, which will provide 76,000 ft 2 BREEAM excellent office / corporate headquarters. Boyatt Wood Industrial Estate consists of 60,000 ft 2 of warehouse accommodation with the addition of two office units, one of which is currently let to a national decorating company. In the market town of Arlesford the original Co-op store has been converted into two small boutiques which are both let. Planning permission was obtained in 1999 for the redevelopment and erection of 15 offices, varying in sizes from 1,250 16,250 ft 2, aproximate total area of 50,000 ft 2.
