Applications and Solutions Architecture Cloud Services specialise in Solutions & Application Architecture Cloud services. We have skilled expertise that manages the design and communication of high-level structures and enable design and development. We have considerable experience in the provision of comprehensive guidance on the development of solution components to take account of relevant architectures, strategies, policies, standards and practices. In addition, we understand the importance of integration to make sure existing and planned solution components remain compatible. Our experience includes but is not limited to: Defining IT strategy We will set the technical direction and strategy to ensure that project objectives are met and provide clarification for programme requirements. Guidance and input in relation to the adoption of new technologies, to collaborate with the existing solution architecture. Review and analysis of technical options Assessing existing solution architecture and analysing improvements using review processes. Methodology and QA Our skilled associates will consider appropriate methodologies relevant to the project and implement them. This is also the provision of quality assurance to remove any defects and ensure the solution is fit for purpose.

4 Service Management We are experienced in working in partnership with clients, on-site, to achieve work deliverables within agreed timeframes. Whilst we are not ISO27001 accredited as a company, we are able to provide resources that are familiar with implementing and ensuring compliance within ISO27001 standards. Orders and Invoicing have a financial and payments team that complete all ordering, invoicing and administration. We are experienced in the processing of invoices within Government and Public Sector, therefore orders received through G-Cloud IV framework would be handled in accordance with the terms set out by the framework agreement. Once the requirements of the client have been established, we agree and implement a contract. Alongside the agreement of the contract, we require a Purchase Order in preparation for invoicing of the agreed services. We are fully prepared to complete contract and screening process within 24 hours if services are required to start immediately (commencement date for services to be agreed with client). Our payment cycles are 30 days and rely in the submission of monthly timesheets from consultants delivering the services to allow to invoice the client. Target Impact Level (IL) This service does not hold formal accreditation, however our estimated IL for this service is IL4 (Confidential). We have experience in placing both SC and DV cleared associates to work within a variety of Government and Public sector projects at this level. On Boarding and Off Boarding Process We provide full On boarding and Off boarding services including reference checking and security checks where required. Service Levels and Constraints Our services are flexible and we can provide skills on-site within hours depending on the technical needs of agreed deliverables. The services we provide can be fully adapted and customised for the needs of the client. Consultant performance is regularly monitored and we may provide a lead Consultant for internal day to day management. Financial Recompense If our service levels are not met or adhered to, customers shall refer to the Framework Agreement and standard Terms and Conditions to resolve any issues.
5 Customer Responsibility To ensure that both supplier and customer understand the deliverables of the service, the needs of the client would be discussed and settled before the contract start date. Technical Requirements and Training provide resource at a variety of skill levels and therefore we are able to work with all existing technologies, systems and procedures depending on the needs of the client. The function of training is not a formal requirement for consultancy services. However, our trained associates offer full knowledge transfer and training to client on-site staff in relation to the project and agreed deliverables. Backup, Restore and Disaster Recovery This is not applicable to our consultancy offering. Data Restoration/ Service Migration This is not applicable to our consultancy offering. On Boarding and Off Boarding Process We provide full On boarding and Off boarding services including reference checking and security checks where required.
