Through this process, we can guarantee products that are made with state-of-the-art equipment and knowledge. Our efforts consistently comply with the newest technological research and developments. Depending on the technology utilised, the printed circuit boards are put through mechanical, chemical and photographic processes. In addition to our photo series with its automatic laminator and exposure unit, we also work with laser exposure. Our cutting edge multilayer press can bind over 30 layers with exact precision. A fully-automated electroplating system with an automatic vibration unit, as well as the plasma etching technique, make the smallest through-plating possible, so that we can plate holes at a ratio of 1:12 of the board thickness. Pulse plating baths ensure homogenous separation. Each production stage from cutting the boards to our 10-year data archiving system is continually supervised. Comprehensive measurement equipment and testing cycles ensure the visual, electronic and mechanical quality of the components and the end product. We are also up-to-date with environmental sustainability: G&W Leiterplatten Dresden ensures singlevariety recycling as well as waste water and exhaust treatment according to strict European legislation.
