Specialising in creating a fun atmosphere, set in familiar nursery surroundings, Olive Portraits has over 8 years experience in creating modern children s photographic portraits which are designed to capture a child s natural spontaneity. How we work We ensure a stress-free experience: our photographer will visit your nursery in advance to discuss requirements and agree where the photographs will be taken. A typical photo shoot will last a morning. We will provide you with A4 sized posters to market the photo shoot to parents approximately 3 weeks prior to the shoot. One week after the photo shoot, proof cards will be delivered to the nursery for parents to make their selection

3 Ordering options Our aim is to keep your job to a minimum. We understand you have your own daily responsibilities and duties to attend to, that's why our work flow is designed to use as little staff resources as possible. At Olive Portraits we currently operate two work flow methods. Method One. The online ordering gateway. Olive Portraits will supply the school or nursery a printed 5x7 Inch proof card of 9 images. Printed on the proof card is a unique booking reference and password, to enable customers access to the online gateway. There will also be a 2 week deadline date on the proof card for placing orders. All orders placed before the deadline are subject to free delivery back to the nursery. Any orders after the deadline will be subject to 3.00 postage direct to the customers home address. (UK addresses only, additional charges for overseas postage). Method Two. Traditional paper based ordering. Olive Portraits will supply the school or nursery a printed 5x7 Inch proof card of 9 images and paper based order form. Parents wanting to order via the paper based order form simply complete the form and hand it back to the reception staff within the 2 week deadline. In addition we still give parents the option to order via the online gateway. The proof card will have all the details required for logging on. In most cases parents tend to just order online, however it still gives parents the option of paper based ordering. We also give the parent the option to place orders by phone on

4 In addition, parents can send orders by post to: Olive Portraits, 22 Bransby Avenue, Manchester, M9 6JN. Ordering is simple; however parents can address any queries to a member of the Olive sales team using the dedicated number on the proof card, to avoid timeconsuming admin on your part. Alternatively parents can visit our website's FAQs for answers to most questions or submit queries using our online form. If participating schools and nurseries opt for placing orders solely online, all we ask is for you to hand out the sample proof cards to enable parents access to our online ordering gateway. We ll take care of the rest. As soon as the orders are ready, we ll post them back to the school or nursery approximately 7 working days from receiving them. Any late orders get posted direct to the parents home address. For those opting for the paper based and online method, all we ask is for you to collect the orders within the 2 week deadline and return them to us using the prepaid postage bag. All photography orders will then be procesed and delivered the following week. Payment methods are; personal cheque, debit or credit card as well as cash. Please note we cannot accept paper based orders after the order deadline. Any parents wanting to place an order after the order deadline, will have to visit our website and process their order via the online gateway.

5 About Portraits Olive Portraits is a creative team specialising in the fields of Nursery and School photography. All our photography is backed up on secure servers and all our photographers are CRB checked and will have their certificates present at all bookings. We aim to capture 9 images on the proof card of each child, giving the parent far more choice than our competitors. We also supply more images online for an even greater selection. Our custom built online ordering gateway enables parents to order with ease. The website is optimised for both PC, Mac and mobile devices. Parents can literally place an order whilst waiting to collect their child. Additional features enable parents to share their proof card images with friends and family members via and FaceBook. In both cases it directs the recipient back to our website to make it easier for friends and family to place an order. Our guarantee to you There are numerous photography companies offering various commission rates, some offering more than us, some less. Our aim is the earn as much commission for you as possible from our style of shooting and to be rationally transparent and fair with all participating schools or nurseries. We actively promote the portrait day by supplying the school or nursery with posters to promote the shoot. We also capture addresses (at the request of the parent) from previous orders for shoots at your location. We send notification s updating parents on forth coming shoots. Parent can choose to unsubscribe from our notifications at any point.

6 Our standard commission rate is 15%. There is no threshold you have to reach before commission starts, it is based on total gross sales. School and nursery managers can also login to the system to view order takings and keep track on how much commission has been generated for the school or nursery. We have an ongoing feedback programme to encourage customers to inform us of their experiences. This enables us to apply tweaks and changes to our practice, to service our customers requirements, ultimately making life easier for the school or nursery.
