7 FAQs Q Do I have to commit to a minimum quantity? A Great news!...there is no minimum quantity! Your price is determined only by the style of binding you select and the number of pages you want in your book. There are also other options you can choose but there s never a quantity commitment. When you re ready to print your book, order only what you need the price per book will never change unless you change the number of pages or elect to add other options. Q How do I get started? A Go to. If you are already registered, log in and click the large green New Project button. It s that easy! Q Why do I have to register? A We only need your name and to identify you, your projects and your password. No other personal information is required to get started and there s no obligation to build an entire project ever! Q When do I place an order? A There s no need for an official order. You can try our book builder for FREE. You re under no obligation to order anything until you want to print your book. Q Do you require payment in full? A Small orders for only a few books can be prepaid by credit card when you Checkout. Larger orders require a 50% deposit. Your deposit is due when you are ready to checkout. You can download a Deposit Invoice ahead of time if your school office or District requires one for payment. Q How do I upload my student and staff images and information? A From the Dashboard, click on My Photos and click on the Download Photo Tool. From here, you can install the Remember Me Uploader. You will then be able to choose to upload your photos or your photos and their corresponding data file. Q How do I upload candid images? A There are two ways to quickly and efficiently upload candid images: one for just a few images and another for bulk image uploads. After uploading you can easily sort your images into albums and tag images for specific use. Q Can I lock down pages when I am finished with them? A Yes! Click on the orange Save Section button and then the green Close button. Return to the Manage Users button and remove access to the completed section. Once you close a section it will be locked from any further edits. Q How do I proof my book? A You and others you invite can proof the book right online. You can also print low-resolution proof pages to view and check. Q How do I order more pages? A Once you have chosen to Work on a Section, click on the Pages tab and then on the Add Page button. Our books are published in multiples of 4 pages so be sure to add 4 new pages. Q When are my pages due? Is there a separate deadline for my cover? A Your Project Timeline will help you keep on track. From the Dashboard, click on the View Timeline button to create your Milestones toward the deadline date you establish. Once you Checkout, production time for your book project is 10 days plus shipping time. You should establish your deadline for checkout at least 15 days prior to when you want the books delivered. Q How much is the shipping cost? A More good news! Regular ground shipping anywhere in the contiguous U.S. is already included in the online price of your book. Q Do you have any special offers?
