1 Polycom Marketing Store User Guide

2 1.0 Polycom Marketing Store An Introduction Welcome to Polycom Marketing Store. This online Marketing Store is provided as a service for Polycom partners across Europe, Middle, East and Africa. The Store is your source for marketing materials for the promotion and sales of Polycom Solutions and Products. Through the marketing store you can order*; Datasheets Brochures Collaterals Promotional items The site also gives you the opportunity to co-brand items with your corporate logo. If you have any special requests for co-branding or any promotional items that may not be on the site please polycompromo@surefoot.tv. We have extensive recources for plain or branded promotional items and will be willing to help with any individual requirements. Alternatively you can contact the Polycom Marketing Store by clicking on contact us in the top right hand corner of the website. We will endeavour to handle your query within 24 hours. * These are the materials available at launch. Additional tools will be available post launch.

3 2.0 Welcome Page/Registration/Login At the Welcome Page you can; Login with your address and your password enter your details and click on the red login button. Request a reminder of your password click to be reminded of your password, which will be sent to your requested address. Register online for a new account this will require approval by Polycom and may take up to 24 hours to approve.

4 3.0 Polycom Marketing Store Homepage The Homepage is made up of a number of sections; Header Bar The Red bar across the across the top of the site has key areas of the site. This also contains the search function- all product descriptions are searchable within the marketing store website. Navigation Menu Located on the left hand side of the page. You can click directly into any section required. Features Focus These feature boxes in the right hand column contain featured products, promotional items, and special offers. Latest Info Located in the centre section under the welcome banner.

5 4.0 Datasheets On the datasheets main page you will find all key business sections that polycom partners will be familiar with. The options are; Voice Infrastructure Video Record and Stream Service and Support Partner Industry Wireless Software Corporate Click on each image to take you directly through to the datasheet for this category.

6 Using Voice as an example the next page gives you a list in the grey bar of each product within this category; Click on the grey bar and a thumbnail and a more detailed description will appear about this particular datasheet;

7 Clicking on the thumbnail of the datasheet will give you more information and the opportunity to purchase the datasheet in various languages and quantities. There is detail on each product page regarding co-branding. You can place your order by using the drop down boxes on this page. a) In the left hand drop box select which language you require your data sheet to be in. b) Choose the quantity you require of data sheets you can select Polycom branded or co-branded options here.

8 5.0 Promotional Items On the Promotional Items main page you will find all Polycom branded promotional and branded items. The options are; Promo Sale Clothing Display Materials Posters Awards Folders and Pads Promotional items Click on each image to take you directly through to the promotional items for this category.

9 Using Promotional Item as an example, the next page gives you a list in the grey bar of each product within this category; Click on the grey bar and a thumbnail and a more detailed description will appear about this particular promotional item e.g. here you can see Rcksacks which are packed as singles.

10 Click on the thumbnail and you can add your selection to the cart.

11 6.0 Shopping Cart a) Cart Your shopping cart can be accessed via the top right section on all pages Your basket Above is an example of what the cart looks like with 1 rucksack added to the cart. Your Quantity requirements can also be amended on this page.

12 b) The next step is for your shipping address At the top of the page the original address you entered on your account will show. You can also add any additional delivery addresses in the section below. Any new address added will be saved and show on this page at the top when you place future orders. Select or enter the address you prefer your items to be supplied to Click or enter a new address and click to proceed

13 c) Select Shipping Method d) Select Shipping Method At this stage you have been shown all the payment options available to you. If you choose to pay by credit card you will be re-directed to sagepay. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal payments.

14 e) Confirm Order Please confirm your order.

15 7.0 Your Account You can access your account details via the top right hand area on the website. Here you can; Change and view your customer info Amend address details View your historic orders Change your password

16 8.0 FAQ s a) How long will my order take? Your order may be made up of stock items and bespoke requirements, therefore making a standard delivery time changeable. Below are some guidelines of timescales but if your order is required by a certain date then please contact polycompromo@surefoot.tv as soon as your order is placed to make us aware. We will do all we can to meet your delivery date requirements. 1. If your items are all stock items, such as promotional gifts that don t require printing, then we would anticipate dispatching within 48 hours of receiving your order. 2. If you order is for datasheets, pull up banners or anything co-branded then your order is likely to be dispatched approximately 5 days after your order is approved. Please be aware that co-branded orders will require a proof sign off before production can proceed. 3. If any of your ordered items are out of stock we will contact you directly to discuss your order and advise of a stock replenishment date. You will at this stage have the opportunity to cancel that part of your order if you prefer not to wait for that date. b) How do I track my order? You will receive a confirmation when your order is due to be dispatched. This will be tracked by Surefoot Communications who manage all fulfillment and distribution. If your order has not arrived within 3 days or dispatch please contact polycompromo@surefoot.tv and we will track the shipment progress. c) How much does delivery cost and how long does it take? Our delivery prices include both postage & packaging. Delivery cost is based on weight of the products you have ordered and your location. When you add products to your baskets you ll see how your delivery charge is worked out. Orders in the UK All UK order will be placed on a standard next day courier. Please ensure there is someone at the delivery address to accept your order during standard business hours. European & Worldwide delivery All European order will be sent on a standard Economy delivery, arriving 2-3 days after dispatch. Please ensure there is someone at the delivery address to accept your order during standard business hours. d) What countries do you deliver to? The Polycom Marketing Store delivers to all countries worldwide. Please be aware that worldwide deliveries are subject to differing timescales and Surefoot Communications or Polycom cannot be held responsible for the delay or timings of deliveries if they are subject to, but not excluding, customs interception or approval, flight cancellations, adverse weather conditions, acts of God, natural disasters etc. We will of course try to manage the schedule of delivery to avoid all such occurrences. e) How will Polycom contact me regarding any order queries? If there are any outstanding issues on your account we will, in the first instance, contact you by . We will also have your full contact details from your order and will alternatively contact you by telephone if required. Please respond to all enquiries as soon as possible to enable us to expedite your order as quickly as possible. f) How do I return products? Products can be returned if there has been a mistake in what has been sent to you if it differs from your originally order. If there is a mistake with your order please contact polycompromo@surefoot.tv g) How can I stop Polycom Marketing Store s going into my spam or junk folder? Please add info xxx I made up an address polycompromo@surefoot.tv to your Address Book or Safe Senders List.
