SpotJobs has been developed in such a way that Australians who need and want to find entry level employment opportunities, can do so in the most effective and efficient manner, whilst importantly for employers delivering the most suited job hunters at a low market cost. Superior candidates, more suitably matched to your job SpotJobs powerful Candidate Filtering System ensures that the most desirable applicants are identified first; enabling you to significantly shorten the time between screening and hiring candidates for positions. The SpotJobs VisualCV - faster applicant screening to speed the selection process SpotJobs job-seekers submit a VisualCV: a brief overview of their experience and education relevant to the posted position, with a candidate photo. The VisualCV helps you to find the right candidates quickly, and avoid sorting through lengthy applications or unsuitable candidates. Outstanding Value A 15-day standard listing costs a mere $ On top of relating relevant details, such as job title, description, and necessary experience/qualifications, Standard Listings also feature your Brand logo and a Google Map of the employment location. Getting started To help get you started we ve prepared this Quick Start guide which will walk you through signing up for an account, posting a job, and reviewing your applicants. Most importantly, if you have any questions, feedback or requests please get in touch with us we exist to help you find the best applicants possible, and we need your feedback to help us do that.

2 Login or sign up for an account Get started at spotjobs.com/advertiser If you have already completed this step, or SpotJobs has sent you a password you can login by using the Login button in the top right. Otherwise, hit Post a Job and enter a few basic details. We need to know your name and a contact number in case we have to get in touch about your ad this information will NOT be shown to job hunters. If you have been given a Corporate Account ID, be sure to enter it at this step. (You would have received this either in a welcome from SpotJobs or from your national head office). Your corporate ID allows you to link your account to a national head office account. This means you get advantages such as special pricing offers, free extras and you don t need to enter all your company information. If you don t have a Corporate Account ID (IE: you are not a franchisee) then you can enter your company details to sign up for an account. Don t forget to upload a logo to make your job ads stand out! You can also paste a Youtube or Vimeo link and we ll insert a video on your page. Don t worry, you only have to enter this information once and we ll include it on all future job ads.

3 Posting a job We need to know a few details about the position you are hiring for. This will form the basis of your job ad. Make sure you complete at least the compulsory fields although the more information you provide the better your job ad will look. Please note that if your job involves working with clients or customers then you can select the appropriate field (you can choose both Yes and No if there s a mix.) Address is very important. SpotJobs is a location based job search site so we need to know where the person will be working, it s best if you have an exact street address, otherwise just enter the nearest suburb. When you type in a suburb we ll attempt to find a matching suburb in our database make sure you select (from the list) the closest one to the workplace as possible. This is where we collect a bit more information about your job. Please note that all fields on this page are OPTIONAL. However, it s in your best interests to fill them in as more information you provide us, the better matched the applicants will be who apply. Fields are self-explanatory, although please note if you want to provide more detail you can supply exact hours that an employee will be working and the dates the employee is needed (if it is a short term position). If you use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) please insert the URL to the apply page in this box.

4 Checkout and job preview Please note that you cannot edit any details at this stage, but after you finish positing your job you will be able to immediately edit your listing if you notice any mistakes. Awaiting approval Once you ve completed posting your job, we ll you each day with an update on how many new applicants you have. Please note that jobs may take up to 2-4 hours to be approved if you login to your account you will see your job listed Awaiting Approval this will change to Currently Live once your job has been approved (we ll also send you an ).

5 Reviewing Your Applicants Once you have an applicant you will need to log into SpotJobs to review their application. To do this, visit: spotjobs.com/advertiser/listings Expand the job you wish to see applications for. You will see each applicant s photo (if provided) and their customised note to you. You can also shortlist the application on this screen, and filter applications by whether they are shortlisted or rejected. You can also send all applications of a particular type to another address ie: to a colleague. Click the pink View my Visual CV to view an applicant s full Visual CV.

6 Visual CV features: View applicants uploaded resumes. Add notes here about the applicant you are the only person who can see these notes. Send an individual VisualCV to an address. Shortlist or reject an applicant from this screen. Note that applicants will not know they have been shortlisted or rejected unless you enable this feature under Applicant Notification Settings.

7 Manage your Accounts, Candidates and Ads with ease.
