1 @castlecoltsfc A guide to using our Castle Colts FC s WebCollect online payment system Castle Colts FC would like to encourage parents and players to use our new WebCollect system to pay their subs for the 2015/6 season. This way you can pay online, which makes it easier for you as parents, and us as a football club. You can still pay by cash or cheque like you have done in the past, or even use our standing order forms, which are downloadable from our website,! It just makes our lives easier with communicating with you and helping our managers to keep on top of the finances in their team! It s pretty self-explanatory, but to help you settle in with the new online payment system, we ve put together a quick guide on how to use it so it s not too confusing for you Step 1 Log on to and search for Castle Colts in the box on the right hand side as shown: Or alternatively head to Or visit our brand new website,, and click on Subscriptions.

2 Step 2 Once you ve done that, you should be shown a page that looks like the one below; Castle Colts FC s WebCollect page! Now, even if you or your children have played football for Castle Colts in the past, you will still need to click on New Members Join Here in order to use the system. However, next year it will be even easier as you ll be able to access your account and carry on from where you left off!

3 Step 3 Once you ve done that, you should be presented with a page full of our different subscriptions, each separated by age group and teams. You ll be able to see the vast array of teams we have, ranging from Castle Colts Under 7s right up to Mens and Ladies, as well as our football school. All you have to do is find the appropriate age group of your team that your child plays in (obviously our senior players can pick the appropriate Mens or Ladies teams for themselves), select the number of children in that team you wish to join and choose if you wish to pay for training (if applicable) at the same time, then click Add to basket. To make it easier and the process less daunting, we ve aligned the full amount to pay next to the monthly payments for each team, so you can decide whether you want to pay it all in one go, or across a period of 8 months. We ve also put the manager s names next to them so you know which team to select. If you have more than one child, you can add them to your basket and can pay for them all at the end. For example, if you had a player in Castle Colts U8s and a player in Castle Colts U11s, you can add the appropriate subscription to your basket as you go along and then pay for them all at the end!

4 Step 4 When you go to checkout, you ll see all the subscriptions that you ve selected in your basket. Confirm that these are correct before proceeding.

5 Step 5 When you click Checkout, you will be presented with the following page: As it is the first time of using this system, you will have to sign up. If you are an adult player, you will need to click on for myself and fill in your details. If you are a parent of a player, you will need to click on for my family (or someone in my care). If you are doing this on behalf of a child that wishes to play for Castle Colts FC, you will need to enter your own details (and not those of the child who wants to play for Castle Colts FC). Once you have entered your details, and password, click Save.

6 Step 6 Enter your address and then click Save nice and easy! Step 7 As the admin of your family, you will need to enter the details of all the children that you wish to register to play for Castle Colts FC on the right hand side of the screen, and click Add after each child. Once you have entered the details for all of the children, click on Proceed to family details and checkout.

7 Step 8 In this step, please just ensure that all of the information you have provided is correct. If the players reside at the same address as you, it makes it easier as it gives you the option to select the same address as the individual who is the admin of the family. Once you have checked all of the details for yourself and the children playing for Castle Colts are correct, click on Proceed to Checkout.

8 Step 9 At this point, you will be prompted to enter your player s date of birth and emergency contact details, as well as their doctor s name and contact number and any medical conditions you feel that the manager/coach of the team should be aware of. It also gives you an option to give permission to the coach in charge to give consent for any medical anaesthetics to be administered in your absence and in the case of an emergency (not nice to think about it, but best to be prepared!).

9 Step 10 You ll now be given a summary of the subscriptions that you have chosen, and the total cost of them. You ll be given the option of how to pay for this, as shown here: If you choose to pay by Online Direct Debit, this can be used to pay a one off payment (i.e. the entire cost for the year), or it can be used to set up a direct debit. If you choose to pay by direct debit, please note that the first payment will be taken from your account within seven days and then on a monthly basis from there onwards. This may mean that your monthly payments may not fall within the traditional eight months from September to April that we have previously operated. If you choose to pay by cash or cheque, please give this to the manager/coach responsible for your team. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will be given the details of the Castle Colts FC bank account to transfer your monies to, along with a reference that you should use with your payment to make tracking of payments easier for us. If you choose to pay by Recurring Payment Offline, this is a standing order. The form for this can be obtained from the Castle Colts website (/subscriptions) and should be handed in to your bank at the earliest opportunity. Please make sure you fill out the correct monthly payment, dependent on the age of your team and whether the standing order will include training. Also make sure you use your child s name as a reference on the standing order, to once again make tracking of payments easier for us. Alternatively, you may be able to set up a standing order for 8 months through your online banking using the account details of Castle Colts FC Then, just click Place Order to proceed.

10 Step 11 Once you have selected your preferred method of payment and clicked Place Order, you will be given a summary of what to pay and how (this will differ dependent on which method you chose).

11 Step 12 If you go back to your account homepage, you should see a list of your recent orders in the bottom right of the page.
