2 2 VENUE RENTAL OVERVIEW Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) was officially launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, as the only institution with an e-learning platform in the UAE. The University is a pioneer in e-learning with a mission to re-shape education by providing a model of lifelong learning, including open access to short courses, executive development programs, certificate and diploma courses leading to accredited undergraduate and graduate degree programs. With a wide range of rooms with state-of-the-art equipment, ranging from a stunning auditorium to video conferencing boardrooms and a variety of flexible seating classrooms and meeting rooms, with free high speed wireless internet access. HBMSU premises is equipped to provide complete in-house facilities to accommodate any standard event requirements. HBMSU has, over the years, gained significant experience in organizing large events and conferences, in addition to workshops, discussion panels and seminars. Planning and management of all events are carried out by an experienced and specialized team that have earned a reputation for high standards in efficiency and quality. 4 4 VENUE RENTAL THE ATRIUM The Atrium, located on the ground floor of HBMSU, houses 3 computer Labs and one multi purpose area, and event spacing for conference registration. The spacious atrium arena is ideal for coffee and lunch breaks, in addition to exhibitions and conference showcases. Moreover, the University atrium has a seating capacity of over 300 persons in theatre style set-up, making it an ideal venue for large conferences.
