Switch Kit Check List Make sure all checks have cleared your old checking account Gather all information pertinent to your previous checking account (old checks, copies of utility bills that debit you account, etc.) Send Written Notice to your Direct deposit vendors (use Direct Deposit Authorization Form) Send Written Notice to your vendors who take payments direct from your account; For Example Insurance Company, Utilities, etc. (Use Automatic Payment Trasfer Form) Keep copies of all forms for your records Send Written Notice to your previous financial institution that you are closing your account (Use the Exisiting Account Closure Form) Call Us if you have any questions regarding your switch to Southern Chautauqua FCU Now that you are a member what else can we do for you?
