2 MYP1: PE Unit 1: Dancing Through these activities the students will get information about basic steps and turns. They will learn how to dance in the correct rhythm while listening to the music. Therefore they will be able to compose their own choreography. Unit Question: How we create complex dance choreography from a simple one? Area of Interaction: H&SE demonstration of the final version and explanation of proceeding learning the difference between English and Viennese Waltz in the music rhythm create complex dance choreography from simple steps dance with partners in correct music rhythm Unit 2: Running and jumping Through the activities of running and jumping you will understand the difference between correct and incorrect ways of running and jumping. They will be able to jump higher and land on both legs so you don t injure yourself. Students will improve their functional abilities. Unit Question: Why is important to run and jump properly? jumping and running with different tools importance of correct walking, running, jumping healthy use of these activities different ways of using running speed

3 Unit 3: Gymnastics Through the activities of Gymnastics they will learn how to perform a various elements without fear and with assistance. They will understand why flexibility in Gymnastics is good for their body. They will learn the difference between correct and incorrect esthetic movement. Unit Question: How can I perform some gymnastic element without fear? Area of Interaction: Env performing the movement with complete safety active listening and performing with assistance healthy use of activity for your body Unit 4: Volleyball Through this activity the students will learn the difference between fingers and hammer technique. They will know when to use which technique depending on the situation. Learn how work together successfully as a team. Unit Question: How do I know in volleyball when I have to use fingers and when hammer technique? Area of Interaction: C&S use different technique in volleyball choose the right way to play the ball during the game

4 Unit 5: Handball During these activities the students will learn when to pass the ball through the air and when to pass bounced ball of the floor. The students will learn how to correctly pass and catch the ball. Unit Question: How do I know when I have to give a bounce pass in handball game? use different technique of passes in handball Unit 6: Sprint Students will learn how to increase their speed to maximum. Using different tools they will manage to control their running and maintain their speed. Also, they will learn how to run form a athletics starting blocks. Unit Question: How can we run as fast as we can? Area of Interaction: H&SE running with different tools importance of correct walking, jumping healthy use of these activities different ways of using running speed

5 Unit 7: Warm up Students will learn how to perform warm up exercises correctly. They will get information about all warm up exercises they can use before doing any physical activities. Unit Question: How to warm up? Area of Interaction: H&SE active listening presenting all the exercises to warm up the body importance of correct performing of warm up exercises

They will get information about assistance and how to perform movement with complete safety. Fear is something that often appears in these situations and the students must find courage to do it. Unit Question: How can I help someone who is practicing a horse vault in different ways? Area of Interaction: C&S performing the movement with complete safety active listening and performing with assistance healthy use of activity for your body

8 Unit 3: Handball During these activities the students will learn when to shoot the ball and how to come in good scoring opportunity. The students will learn how to correctly pass the ball to their team players if they are in better situation to score. Unit Question: How do I know when I have to shoot in handball game? use different technique of passes and shooting in handball Unit 4: Basketball During these activities the students will learn the differences between basketball and handball dribbling and passing. Researching the rules of the game they will learn how many steps, or how to hold ball in basketball and they will have to show it in the proper demonstration. Unit Question: What is the difference between dribbling and passing the ball in basketball and handball? Area of Interaction: H&SE. use different technique of dribbling in basketball

9 Unit 5: Football Through this activity the students will learn the different ways of dribbling in football. They will learn how to maintain the possession of the ball and how to pass the ball correctly. Also, they will be able to control the ball while running and dribbling in different directions. Unit Question: How to dribble the ball successfully use different ways of dribbling Unit 6: Volleyball Through this activity the students will learn the difference between various techniques of serving in volleyball. They will know when to use each serve depending on the situation. Learn how work together successfully as a team. Unit Question: What is the difference in the various technique of serving in volleyball? Area of Interaction: C&S use different serve technique in volleyball choose the right way to serve the ball in the game

10 Unit 7: High Jump Through this activity the students will learn the development of athletic event high jump. They will have to research the rules of competitions and find world s and national s best results. Also, they will have to perform any high jump technique. 12 MYP3: PE Unit 1: Badminton Through this activity the students will learn the rules of the game. They will see how their techniques affect on their capability to play better and use wide range of tactics. Also they will learn how to play defense and how to be in right position. Unit Question: How my techniques affect on my tactics abilities? research the rules of Badminton right way of using techniques and tactics in the game Unit 2: Basketball During these activities the students will learn how to play the game according to the rules by using the fundamental technique. Their passing, dribbling and shooting must be on the good level to achieve this exercise. Unit Question: Which specifics skills are more important to be able to participate in the basketball game? Area of Interaction: H&SE use different tactics in basketball

13 Unit 3: Strength exercises Students will learn how to perform strength exercises correctly. They will get information about all strength exercises they can use as a part of their physical activities. Unit Question: Why do we need strength exercise? active listening presenting all the strength exercises importance of correct performing of strength exercises Unit 4: Dancing Through these activities the students will get information about complex dance choreography. They will learn how to dance in the correct rhythm while listening to the music. Therefore they will be able to compose their own choreography. Unit Question: How we create complex choreography? They will have to research the rules the difference between Flosbery Flop and scissor jump and how can they achieve the best result. Also, they will have to perform those two techniques. Unit Question: Why is the Flosbery Flop more effective high jump technique than the scissor jump? They will have to research which exercises are more important for different sports. Also, they will have to perform a polygon they created.
