( F), CMO DATE: May 12, 2014 SUBJECT: Thames Centre Information Technology Services Summary RECOMMENDATION: That Council endorse the following actions: 1. That Council receives the report for information. PURPOSE: This report provides Council with a summary of information technology services categories requiring periodic attention by the Corporation of the Municipality of Thames Centre. BACKGROUND: The attached document is a summary of information technology services categories which require periodic attention by the Municipality. COMMENTS: During 2014 budget consultations, Council requested that the Chief Administrative Officer contact the County of Middlesex and provide a summary of information technology services categories requiring periodic attention. CONSULTATION: The Chief Administrative Officer consulted with the senior staff in the preparation of this report and has forwarded to the County of Middlesex a summary of information technology services requiring periodic attention.
