Main research questions: What are the main areas in Germany that require social innovations? What are the mechanisms of social innovations? Seniors4Social Change: Development of a program that prepares employees, prior to the beginning of their retirement age (55+), for a self determined career as social entrepreneurs or as employees in social enterprises. A successfully completed feasibility study was financed by the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth.
