Have a team member on the call if possible.) If they have reviewed the on-line information you can read the entire script to them, otherwise you will make an appointment to do that after finding out more about them. You recently registered on our website to find out more about earning extra income Working From Home I am calling to introduce myself (and some of our TEAM) and to ensure you can access that information Are you free to speak for a minute or two now? You are, Great! What I/we would like to do first, is ask you a few questions and then explain part of our work from home program to you Ok? Great! 1. First, what specifically attracted you in our Flyer or Advertisement? Money, freedom, home based? 2. What is your employment Background? Are you working at the moment? 3. Have you ever owned your own business before? (You do understand we are offering a Business Opportunity here & NOT a Job?...) Great! 4. What suburb are you living in? Are you married? Family? Also what is the origin of your family name (if appropriate)? 5. What level of investment would you be willing to make when you find the right business opportunity? 6. Are you aware of the tax advantages of owning your own home business? Yes, there are substantial advantages and your accountant can clarify that for you. I'm not an accountant. Great, this business will be perfect for you! (Tell your story without mentioning the word Herbalife) You will either complete the call with the next two paragraphs if the prospect hasn't seen any information on your website yet, or go on to do a sign up script if they have seen some information,and they are able to speak for 25 minutes now. I will also go over everything about our training systems and how to get started. I see that you have already watched the Getting Started / Our Company / About Me / Our System pages. Now, how much do you understand about who we are and what we do? Listen... What do you know about Herbalife International in particular? Listen to their answer and understand that 90% of what people have heard is opinion, and only 10% is FACT. Some people know of Herbalife, may have even been involved in the past when we were much smaller, less professional company, and others have never heard of us. For sure we want them to have all the same information that you do. Are they there right now? What I can do is go through the same information with them that I just went through with you (the Sign Up Script). No, they re not home right now. When do they get home? Great! (Set an appointment 10 minutes after that time when YOU WILL CALL THEM.) I don t have the $money. No problem! I totally understand. We ve all been there. We all got started because we needed to make more money. We are not looking for investors, we need people who want to work. Let me ask you this... Is it just, the money holding you back, or are you really not all that interested? I m really interested, I just don t have $money. Great, When do you think you will be able to get the funds together to get started? Great! When you have everything worked out and are ready to get started, you have my number. What s really great about this process is that everything is step by step and there is always a next step. My job in all this is to take you by the hand and walk you through the steps. You are not going to be going door- to-door or making cold calls out of your phone book. Everything is designed to help you attract interested people who will call you about the products or the opportunity. We are going to start developing your business plan on the second day you have your package. My goal is to get your phone ringing with people who want the opportunity and the products within the first 3-4 days after receiving your package so you start making money almost immediately.
