Requirement Our client wanted a one-stop cost effective centre for all their testing needs in areas like CRM, billing and pricing, HR, and Business Intelligence. Solution We have extensive experience in testing and leveraged our experience to offer our client a mainframe billing application. We generated suitable reporting mechanisms, which capture and disseminate relevant testing data within our client s organization; we also provided an easy-to-use service catalogue to enable our client to pick-and-choose various combinations of the partner s service offerings. Solution According to our client s requirement we configured a TP/VS module based on the following processes, namely process dimension, such as DO / SO splitting process, general planning process and more, and solution dimension, which includes TP/VS master data, profile setting and TP/VS enhancements that allowed the client to work in a decentralized manner.
