Solution We conducted a dipstick study and created a process and outcome metrics model on the basis of SCOR framework. We also created a management and monitoring model for each KPI. Business Impact Within 3 months of implementing our solution, our client saw an increase in OTIF by 8%, an increase in fill rate and inventory turn by 10% and reduction in average age of inventory by over 25%.
