Requirement Our client wanted to design and develop a reusable test automation framework for a Siebel CRM system. The system needed to utilize a hybrid approach incorporating keyword and data-driven characteristics. Requirement Our client needed to rigorously test the Interline e-ticketing (IET) as any changes made on the IET system could have an impact on all related interface. Solution We provided integration testing and regression testing to the client. 80% of the test cases were pre-built which reduced the testing time significantly. Business Impact We provided the client with shorter testing cycle time which reduced the deployment time and in turn helped the client achieve IATA s 2007 deadline for 100 percent adoption of interline e-ticketing.
