35 What we did Case study: Joseph Helped Joseph to understand what employers were looking for Showed him how to sell his skills and experience Carried out mock interviews with him

36 Case study: Joseph What happened next Joseph secured a work placement at Wandsworth Council, working in a number of administrative roles, gaining valuable work experience In December 2014, Joseph secured a full-time role in customer services at HSBC
