Putting the consumer first, he uses category management strategies and tactics to help clients improve customer value while finding ways to source product and distribute it in a more cost effective manner. Through a detailed analysis of current state, he develops practical, scalable solutions that will add economic value quickly and with minimal capital expense. Bruce has 25 years of practical experience in retail, manufacturing and consulting. He has worked at Canadian Tire, LoyaltyOne (Airmiles), HBC/Zellers and Sears Canada. As a consultant, he has served clients such as Mattel, Dorel, Tractor Supply, Enbridge and many others. He has direct hands on experience in a number of areas including: Category Management, Buying, Retail Branding, Marketing, Procurement, Global Sourcing, Quality Management, Reverse Logistics and Supply Chain, Sales and Account Management, Inventory Liquidation, Vendor Management, and more. Bruce completed an MBA from Queen s School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University.
