21 Team Comments I was impressed by Ryan's ability to take many cross-platform requirements and input from many stakeholders, distill them, and create several UX proposals for our projects. There were many instances where Ryan would mitigate disagreement among stakeholders and drive the solution to an agreeable outcome. Ryan's attention to detail and organized thought process is a welcome addition to any crossfunctional team needing seasoned UX expertise on the team. Jeffrey Clark, SW Dev Manager, Nokia I've never met Ryan in person, teleconference and were our main communication channels during the shared project, but even more so Ryan managed to make a great impression with his calm and organized way of taking care of tough design issues, project schedules, and information sharing between multiple groups of people in different continents. I can warmly recommend Ryan to challenging User Experience positions and assignments with more managerial responsibilities. He's proven to be a skillful UX lead under tough circumstances.
