1 ICC New Independent Sales Rep Training I. Welcome Aboard a. Success: You are very valuable to us and we want to serve you to help you become successful in your new position. We are there for you so please call us, ask questions anytime, brainstorm, dream big and try things. We want you to achieve your goals. b. ICC Independent Sales Rep Job Description As an independent Sales Rep for Ice Coffee Company you set your own hours, you create your own performance expectations and have your own sales quotas/goals. ICC does expect you to thoroughly know the products we offer, the means of offering our products and to know our website. We want you to learn techniques for introducing our products and the means of selling our products to all your clients. II. Getting Started 1) ICC Products a. Mocha Mountain ICC s original product 100 % all natural Water, Coffee, Cream, Sugar and Molasses with a touch of Natural Cocoa. Product contains no preservatives, additives, fillers or stabilizers 100 % natural goodness. Mocha Mountain must be refrigerated, shaken up before serving and is best served very cold. The product is date stamped for freshness and contains 196 Calories. b. Vanilla Avalanche ICC s second product % all natural Water, Coffee, Cream, Sugar and Molasses with a touch of Natural Vanilla. Product contains no preservatives, additives, fillers or stabilizers 100 % natural goodness. Vanilla Avalanche must be refrigerated, shaken up before serving and is best served very cold. The product is date stamped for freshness and contains 226 Calories. c. Carmel Sunrise ICC s third product % all natural Water, Coffee, Cream, Sugar and Molasses with a touch of Natural Carmel. Product contains no preservatives, additives, fillers or stabilizers 100 % natural goodness. Carmel Sunrise must be refrigerated, shaken up before serving and is best served very cold. The product is date stamped for freshness and contains 226 Calories. d. We are working on a low fat/low calorie product with hopes to be introduced in 2014.

Our Story - We're just a couple of guys (John & Jeff) that love coffee, and love people! While hanging out in the kitchen, making coffee for everyone our story began to unfold. Join The Team Sales Reps can access their administrative screen to track sales and commissions by logging in on this page. This page also explains what is included in the Sales Rep Kit and the current cost. e. E- Fundraising Organizations can raise money for their organization or their charity using this platform. This page also allows the organization to track their sales and goals. Explanations of the fundraising are included on the page. f. Press Kit The Press Kit button at the bottom of the website has downloadable files for electronic and print use. ICC has developed flyers and has other media available for sales and marketing. g.
