9 Communication & Project Management We use an on-line project management system to ensure communication and schedules are centralised, organised, archived by date and topic, and accessible from any computer with a web browser. Concise and clear documentation is our hallmark and this enable us to deliver a seamless service to our clients. For example, we respond to a client brief with detailed proposals including the creative approach, full technical equipment specifications and a comprehensive budget breakdown. Outline production schedules are also provided to establish a critical path plan for each project. Our on-line Project Management System delivers a thoroughly smooth communication process. Contact reports are produced at each stage so that all necessary actions and dependencies are captured and can be implemented efficiently and effectively.

10 Multimedia Plus - Creative MMP Creative is the company's multimedia design and production department, using state-of-the-art computer and video technologies to interpret and communicate your ideas. From world-class animation sequences to corporate presentations and fully operational virtual training simulators, MMP Creative productions combine the latest CGI techniques with intuitive, interactive applications. Working closely with our camera crews we produce dynamic corporate video communication modules in standard and high definitions as well as for our ultra widescreen system at resolutions way beyond normal HD. We have a demonstration studio that allows you to experience the full dynamics of our visual abilities and also offers a preview facility for new projects.

11 Multimedia Plus - Video Graphics MMP Video graphics is a cutting-edge video production company. We offer both High Definition (HD) and Standard Definition (SD) video in NTSC (American) and PAL (International) formats. We use the same level of production equipment as TV stations and networks. The video is captured on professional formats, and edited in After Effects & Final Cut Pro - the industry standards for quality. Our professional and experienced video location crews are some of the best in the business. Video and sound are the most effective way to communicate your message. 12 Multimedia Plus - AV Hire Multimedia Plus has its own AV equipment hire division and event logistics team located at a dedicated facility in the Thames Valley. We service events across the UK and Europe as well as the United States. The service includes stock stage-set design and build services plus professional lighting, sound and projection systems with 24-hour emergency back-up. The service also includes audience voting systems, recording, web-casting and widescreen digital projection. Our technical support management team also provides detailed technical specifications and prepares all necessary administration relating to insurances, risk assessments and method statements for each individual project.

13 Ultra-Widescreen This is all about the BIGGER picture. MMPs Ultra Widescreen Systems provides real-time on-location media control that is customisable to meet the needs of each client and project. We use Dataton Watchout 4 which is a multi-timeline based show-control solution, allowing fast and easy on the fly programme changes. The software allows users to arrange video and images freely; change the colour, form and position plus synchronise 3D sound. All able to deliver across screens, projection, LCD, LED etc. For HMV external control was the gateway to interactivity, giving us the ability to make major changes which gave great flexibility to the running of the event. Using MIDI control pads, to trigger tasks, time lines & tween-tracks, we were running AVs, live camera and external speaker support from Apple Keynote. With this new control system we were able to give HMV the ability to make major show running order changes. This took a lot of pressure off the production team by allowing the graphics & video running order changes to be made right up to the last minute. HMV & Gamestation Christmas Conferences

14 Bespoke Environments Saab wanted to celebrate the opening of their new flagship London show room in Piccadilly. The brief was to design a themed space that would reflect a Swedish feel, so what better than to recreate the Ice Hotel style. Using special techniques used in the James Bond film Die Another Day, our production team built an ice cool set. The production was also enhanced with a range of media presentations. 15 Brand Experiential We built and technically designed 3 shipping containers to be transported between Live Nation concerts during 2008 /9 throughout Europe. We re-engineered the containers by fitting additional doors and fold down sides. We built bespoke interiors with lighting sound and 'creative computing', our programmers wrote event software for a photo booth and a touch screen video editing application. We are experts in developing creative & technical solutions for Brand Awareness projects.

17 Business Environments It is extremely important to carefully consider your audio and visual systems when planning a new build or refurbishment. With a bit of creativity these elements can be integrated seamlessly into your design. It's easy to spot a venue that hasn't put enough thought to the design and specification of their audio and visual systems and their integration with the aesthetics of their surroundings. Often elements like speakers and plasma screens look like they've literally been stuck on at the last minute, with their related cabling visible, often totally ruining the look of any of the surrounding design of the venue. Multimedia Plus & ScenicPlus have the product and design knowledge to assist you in ensuring that your project will look, sound and feel fantastic from the first plasma screen to the last light fitting. 20 Our Green Policy Working closely with our suppliers we organise a system of waste recovery that allows all suppliers to take part in and contribute to sustainable projects. A green event or project has to incorporate environmental considerations to minimise its negative impact on our planet. We recognise that the consequences of climate change have now become mainstream, and research shows that the public believes that major corporate companies need to put the environment at the top of their agenda - (Ipsos MORI) Our response to this growing concern is to produce quality events which have minimal environmental impact.
