The Price List along with the General Terms & Conditions constitute a part of an electronic communication services provided by Private Mobile a. s. The prices are stated in CZK including VAT at a current rate unless otherwise stated, and includes VAT at a current rate. 2. You will be charged for the full amount of the data package once the plan has been activated in the Czech Republic. 25MB/24hours package can not be deactivated as long as the package is still valid. It automatically expires after 24 hours from its activation. Unused data will not be reimbursed to the customer. If a customer activates another data plan package during the initial 25MB/24hours package, the 25MB/24hours package will be automatically deactivated. Unused data will not be reimbursed to the customer.

4 4. Roaming Roaming is an additional service that enables you to use Private Mobile services abroad within the networks of Private Mobile s contractual partners. The service can be utilized anywhere within the networks of these contractual partners. The roaming option is automatically included in Private Mobile s SIM cards. 6 7. Third Party Services Private Mobile SIM cards allow you to make payment transactions for goods and services provided by Private Mobile partners. Payments for these goods and services can be made by either placing a call or sending a text message to the participating Private Mobile Partner. The ability to call for Third Party Services our operator does not provide. The ability to send text messages for these Third Party Services is a feature that is automatically available to Private Mobile customers. These services can be blocked by calling our Customer Service Helpdesk. Premium Text Messages are automatically available. Deactivation can be requested at our Customer Service Helpdesk. Calling to lines with special pricing Numbers with special pricing are stated in the following form: 90X AB CD ZZ. X represents the type of service; AB represents price for a service per minute or per connection including VAT; CD ZZ identifies the partner. The total price for 900, 906 and 909 dialing codes is calculated according to calling time, rate per minute, and minimum chargeable calling time. Premium Text Messages In order to send premium text messages for Third Party services, use the following format: MO (Mobile Originate Text Messages are chargeable upon sending) to 7-digit (90z AB XY) or 5-digit (90z AB) numbers. Z represents the type of service, AB is for service provider identification and XY represents the amount of the payment transaction in CZK incl. VAT. By sending Premium Text Message MO to the 5-digit number, customer also consents to transfer a certain amount of funds to the partner (provider) provided the partner sends a confirmation Premium or Premium Text Message MT (Mobile Terminated paid upon receipt of replying Text Message that confirms its receipt) to the customer from an 8-digit number 90z AB XYZ, whereby XYZ represents the payable amount in CZK. Based on single ordering Premium Text Message MO, the customer can receive more confirmation Premium Text Messages according to the partner s offer range. Based on each confirmation Premium Text Message, the amount is transferred to the partner s account. You can cancel the delivery of confirmation Premium Text Message MT by sending a Premium Text Message MO to the number to which the customer has sent ordering Premium Text Message MO by texting STOP and NAME OF THE SERVICE YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL. You can also cancel the receipt of all confirmation Premium Text Messages MT by sending Premium Text Messages MO by texting STOP(space)ALL. Ordering Premium Text Message MO and cancelling Premium Text Message sent to 5-digit number is charged at the same rate as an ordinary Text Message. Text Message Donations Text Message Donations are ordered by texting DMS(space)PASSWORD to You will receive a confirmation Text Message from These Text Messages are charged at CZK 30/ per message.
