This package includes the following items: exhibitor sign, carpets, 1 tall table, 2 bar stools, 3 spotlights, electricity, power outlet, brochure rack, waste basket and adhesives. If you require any further equipment or services, please read the following instructions and fill out this form. Signature Remember to sign each page before you send us the form. Sketch If you order extra shelves or stand walls, you must make a drawing of how you want your stand to be laid out. This will ensure that the stand will be mantled according to your requirements. Electricity A double socket outlet is included in your equipment package. You can order additional outlets or bring your own if required. Remember to bring adapters as well if needed. Carpets Carpets are included in your equipment package. You can indicate your preferred color on page 3 of this form. Check for mistakes We will send you an order confirmation after we receive your order form. Please check that everything is correct and make sure to notify us of any mistakes. Corrections must be done prior to the events, as we cannot provide compensations if notifications are given too late. 7 Seminars Please note that the deadline for booking seminars is 8th November! The seminar programs fill up quickly All exhibitors have the opportunity to hold seminars at the fairs /(30 minutes).
