Wisconsin Expo is excited to be selected as your official service contractor. The following pages of this kit include information on the services we provide as well as order forms to fill out. Please read through and let us know if you have any questions. Our goal is to make your participation in this show absolute perfection! Booth Information Each 8 deep x 10 wide booth space will include the following: 8 high background drapes & 3 high side rails 1 2 wide x 8 long x 30 high table skirted in show colors 1 7 x 44 booth identification sign 2 folding chairs volt electrical outlet (if requested through when you register) * No substitutions will be accepted for the provided list above Wisconsin Expo additional equipment and services include: Advance Warehouse Shipping/freight handling Carpet & carpet padding Tables 4, 6 & 8 also have 42 counter height tables Cocktail tables 24, 30 & 36 round Seating chairs & stools Display panels and easels Silk plants and trees Display installation/dismantle labor Note: The exhibit floor has ballroom carpet. 2 SHIPPING INFORMATION ADVANCE WAREHOUSE ADDRESS 1. All shipments must be sent prepaid. Collect shipments will be refused. *Label each piece of your shipment(s) as follows: Certified weight tickets are required for unloading. 2. Shipments must arrive, at the warehouse, September 23-October 4, 2013 between 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday thru Friday. No shipments will be received at the warehouse on weekends or holidays. 3. Please be advised that any shipments sent to the advance warehouse after the deadline may be refused and redirected to the direct shipping address (carriers such as UPS/Fed-Ex and van lines may not redirect shipments). Please take all necessary precautions. Rates below includes receipt of your freight on straight time, storage at warehouse for up to 10 working days, delivery to booth at the convention site, storage and return of empty containers, reloading of materials on outbound carrier at the close of show. A 200 lb. minimum charge per shipment applies. Advanced Shipments to Warehouse: 50 lbs. to 200 lbs. $49.95 per 100 lbs. 5 DISPLAY LABOR ORDER FORM ADVANCE ORDER DEADLINE: Starting time can be guaranteed only in those instances where labor is requested for the start of the working day, which is 8:00am. While every attempt will be made to provide labor at a time requested subsequent to 8:00am, such starting time must be approximate, since labor is assigned to jobs at the start of the day and it is impossible to gauge exact time of completion of first job assignment. It is important that an exhibit representative check in at the service desk to pick up labor ordered. Exhibit representatives must also check the labor back in at the service desk upon completion of work. 9 MOVE OUT NOTICE In preparation for the show closing, please carefully read the following move out procedures to allow for an organized, easy and safe move out. If you have any questions, contact Wisconsin Expo, Inc. directly at The exhibits officially close Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 1:30pm. Wisconsin Expo, Inc. will have a Service Desk Representative onsite during move out starting at approximately 12:30pm. They will be able to assist you with any outstanding invoices and can provide bills of lading and labels. Please remember that shipping is not an automatic process and you must complete the required paperwork and follow the instructions listed below to ensure the safe and timely return of your materials. ALL FREIGHT MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE EXHIBIT HALL BY 5:00PM TUES. OCTOBER 8, ALL outbound shipments must have a completed bill of lading (this includes all carriers: YRC, UPS, FEDEX, etc.). Your completed bill(s) of lading must be turned in to the Wisconsin Expo, Inc. Service Desk when your show materials are packed, labeled and ready to ship. FedEx and UPS shipments require their own carrier specific documents in addition to a bill of lading these documents will not be provided by Wisconsin Expo. 1) If you are using the preferred show carrier YRC FREIGHT: Wisconsin Expo, Inc has already contacted YRC Freight with the detailed shipping instruction/arrangements for your convenience Pack up all of your show materials so they are ready to ship as is Place a shipping label on ALL packages with the destination clearly written Fill out a bill of lading form in its entirety Turn in your completed bill of lading form(s) at the Wisconsin Expo Service Desk You are now DONE with the shipping process.
