Establishment of a release plan based on the defined scope of the change or project and validation of this release plan by management. Publication of the release plan for the customers. Definition of a communication plan for each change and release. Follow-up all releases and changes within HP Open View Service Desk. Definition of the test strategy in collaboration with the Test team and the project leader or the domain coordinator. Monitoring and controlling the tests planned in the release and taking actions if needed. Reporting on the release plan, the test results and the coordination cross-domains. Coordination of the deployment of the releases into Live environments.
