4 SCOPE OF SERVICES No limitations of support call/hour for regular business continuity. HexCode will provide On Call onsite Desktop, Server and Network Support during normal office hours from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM during all business working days. Out of these hours, additional on-site service hours will be charged at JPY 6000 per hour, plus transport cost. Remote support for Desktop, Network and Server will be available via telephone, and chat round the clock. All other Line-Of-Business Applications including Microsoft Office will be deployed automatically using HexCode unique OS Deployment solution EasyMig. Client PC will join the Organization Network/Active Directory and complete user profile migration along with Login script migration after deployment of Windows 7 Operating System. Three months of paid trial offer. After the completion of 3 months, minimum service contract term will be converted into 3 years contract. Network troubleshooting (does not include wiring but patching includes). Printer troubleshooting included. Under Scheme 2 we also cover Each additional server will cost JPY 25,000 per month for maintenance cost. Network support & Consultancy included. Network cabling & infrastructure build out is at optional additional cost. Onsite support will be available during normal business day, 24/7 remote support outside business hours. Disaster Recovery services and consultancy included. Remote VPN access consultancy included. SLA FOR THE SUPPORT SERVICE Support Call Priority 1 Critical, all or most of the users are impacted and not able to work. Major show stopper HexCode Action Remote Support: within 2 business hours On site: 4 business hours if the same falls within normal office hours, otherwise next business day. Support Call Priority 2 High, one or more users impacted but no impact on business continuity.
