It is important for practitionrs to b ducatd about th nd for HIV tsting, counsling and tratmnt along with fasibl mthods for implmnting ths practics into thir own clinical sttings. Thr is also a nd for practitionrs trating HIV infctd patints to us th latst scintific rsarch about baslin rsistanc to guid thrapy.
