Introduction Horoug Aircraft Maintenance Looking forward to manage market growing demand for aircraft maintenance specially in the field of VIP category aircrafts, as witnessed in Africa and the Middle East. Libyan strategic location in North Africa and its close proximity to Southern Europe makes it the natural gateway for most airline fleets worldwide. Due to the strategic location of Horoug, giving preference to providing the best and highest quality services to transit fleet stationed at Tripoli International Airport and Mitegga International Airport particular and the rest of Libya's airports in general. Horoug is craving to find and maximize returns on long-term investor in the market of aircraft maintenance in Middle East & Africa. The company is one of the investors in aircraft maintenance market, and manager of large-scale leading ventures throughout Libya and North Africa with significant interests in the aircraft maintenance industry. 2
ABUOT HOROUG Horoug is a private Libyan approved company for aircraft maintenance and has been established on 26/06/2008 by a group of highly qualified and well experienced aeronautical engineers in the field of aircraft heavy maintenance, known as a reliable maintenance organization for commercial aircraft. Horoug taken the advantage of Libya s geographical strategically location as the link between the Middle East and Africa and the rest of the world to provide short turn around services. Horoug offers maintenance for components and systems. HRG is providing spare parts, components and supply standard hardware for commercial aircraft, business - and VIP customer aircraft. Horoug as maintenance organization is certified and approved in accordance with Libyan Civil Aviation Authority Law No. 6 of 2005 CT. No LCAA 34/08, And in accordance with Mali Agence National De L'Aviation Civile law No. 93-79 Reference No. CM 10/08/ANAC. And G.C.A.A. approval No. AMO 004/2009 3

Our Facilities Our main facilities and supports are performed in two hangars one in Tripoli International Airport occupying approximately 5.000m2 and the other one in Mitegga Airport, occupying 10,000m2. hangars contain approximately 10,000m2 planned to accommodate an extensive range of components workshops. Hangars include: A hangar accommodating three adjacent and fully docked aircraft. BAC1-11/B707 aircraft, plus two narrow-body aircraft (nose-in). We have 50,000m2 of apron space dedicated to light checks and nonscheduled maintenance work. Line stations operate at the following airports: Tripoli International. Mitegga Airport. 5

FLEET MANAGEMENT Our extensive capabilities can meet the most demanding client s complete technical requirements with one turn-key solution, delivering maximum fleet availability and reliability, whilst complying with the most stringent operational and airworthiness requirements. we adopt a distinctive approach to customer service, and will allocate fully-dedicated teams to manage your fleet and your account with us. 6
Our support services include: Technical acceptance and induction for new and used aircraft. Maintenance planning & scheduling. Airframe, engine, component and technical materials management Regional (outstation) maintenance management. Vendor management. Performance monitoring and management. AOG Support. HEAVY MAINTENANCE Our capabilities cover the B727, B707 and BAC1-11 families, V.I.P. configuration and commercial. We can perform all types of heavy checks and most structural modifications required for modern fleets. In addition to the above, we are capable to provide the following services: Depot level maintenance Progressive inspections Minor and major structural repairs Avionics upgrade & modification NDT, and corrosion control & repair 7
LINE & LIGHT MAINTENANCE To ensure smooth-running and on-time departures, we operate line stations supported by round-the-clock services covering transit, daily, weekly and all other routine checks up to and including full A checks. We also provide ad-hoc and non-routine support services, such as defect rectification, component changes, riding engineer support, minor cabin repairs as well as minor structural repairs. AIRCRAFT STRIPPING & PAINTING Our services include full stripping and painting of aircraft at our dedicated paint hangar which can accommodate all narrow-body and all wide-body aircraft up to and including B707 size. 8
Engine Services We have key OEM agreements to enhance our repair capabilities and can undertake most component accessory repair and overhaul in-house, thereby minimizing turntimes and reducing sub-contracting and shipping costs. Through our experience of operating in the hot, humid Middle East climate we have developed maintenance practices that cater to the world s most challenging operating environments - ultimately translating into value for money with regards to quality and reliability. Cabin Refurbishment: Our specialized cabin team of well experienced technicians can repair damaged cabin seats interior panels and all cabin associated parts of all types of materials. Complete cabin refurbishment can be made guaranteeing our customers quality and reliability. 9
SHIP-SHOP-SHIP We provide critical support shops for our other operating units, including: Wheels Brakes Safety equipment Oxygen and fire fighting bottles Batteries REPAIR & OVERHAUL We offer assistance for providing our clients the appropriate and authentic internationally approved facilities for rotable component repair and overhaul capabilities spanning nine specialties: Electrical systems Instrument Navigation/communication Fuel Hydraulic Pneumatic Mechanical systems Automatic test equipment In-flight entertainment Procurement &Materials Services Our logistics are the backbone of our world-class operations streamlining our ability to deliver swiftly in a cost-effective manner. 10
MATERIALS MANAGEMENT With access to a global procurement network through freight partners DHL, Fedex and Maltrans, we can provide customers with world-class planning, purchasing, storing and management as well as expendable and consumable components control, and support of our airframe, engine & component services units. we provide: Material planning Airline operations support, including BFE management Airframe services unit support Engine services unit support Component services unit support Inventory control & replacement ROTABLE MANAGEMENT Our Rotable Management division processes and stores rotable components. We help customers maintain high dispatch reliability and manage the repair cycle. Almost 65% of all aircraft components that need systematic repair can be handled by our Component Services unit - the remaining 35% are shipped to reputable repair partners. We manage and administer the entire process, Including: Rotable planning Initial provisioning and re-provisioning Repair sub-contracting And we are gearing up to deliver a total rotable support program based on a flight-hour commercial arrangement. Coupled with a pool access agreement, this will ensure: The freeing up of customer capital invested in inventory Access to a larger number of rotables around the flight network Certainty of maintenance and ownership cost Higher dispatch reliability 11
