9 It has never been easier or more cost effective to own an aircraft. Premium Management Services We handle all aspects of financial management and reporting. As a Landmark managed customer, all financial transactions associated with aircraft operations will be handled by our accounting team, including accounts payable for direct and indirect operating costs. We employ your crew and function as your personal HR department. Landmark will, upon request, employ your pilots, handling all aspects of payroll and HR. Benefits include company portion FICA, FUTA, SUTA, workers compensation, medical, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, and company 401K match. If needed, we can handle all aspects of recruiting, onboarding and dismissal. Scheduling and trip planning is a breeze. Our scheduling team will handle every detail involving the aircraft and crew itineraries. It only takes one communication to your designated scheduling contact and the crew will be briefed and aircraft dispatched. Maintenance control support is provided by a 24/7 team. While standard with Part 135 aircraft, Landmark can make available our maintenance control desk to organize trip support for unscheduled maintenance, regular contract maintenance support, and parts procurement. This allows crew members to focus on the client and flight operation of the aircraft. Scheduled maintenance forecasting lets you stay up to date with your aircraft. Landmark can manage the aircraft maintenance tracking program and provide the necessary data so you can see up-to-date aircraft status reports. This service is standard with Part 135 aircraft. Maintenance budgeting and planning prepares you for the future. Landmark is able to build annual maintenance budgets and five-year forecasts for the aircraft. We can also obtain competitive quotes for significant scheduled maintenance and elective upgrades requiring shop visits. 7

Our policy is your policy when it comes to insurance. Through our fleet policy, Landmark will place insurance for your aircraft and handle all policy administration and elective coverage. Given the large size of our managed fleet, we are able to extend rates that are only available to select individual owners. Our close relationship with the leading flight training academies means lower training costs for your crew. Landmark will extend our Flight Safety International training discounts for crew member training. Largely reduced from retail, Landmark enjoys a great partnership with the world s leading aviation training provider. Management of crew training will be handled by Landmark for initial and recurrent training events, including scheduling, travel and documentation. Save when you base with us.
