The team is composed of experienced maintenance technicians with extensive field experience. PARTS SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION Perhaps the most crucial component to any aftermarket program is access to parts when you need them. Bell Helicopter s four domestic and five international support centers provide global support for sales, marketing, parts distribution and aircraft services. With these strategically located support centers, we ensure our response times meet your needs. Established in 2010, the Legacy Spares Management team (LSM) provides improved responsiveness and a focused priority for out of production commercial spare parts. Our regional sales managers work closely with your contract representative throughout the customizing process providing status updates, answering questions and offering on-site support and oversight. Customers are encouraged to visit our facilities to check on the progress of their aircraft and to address specific questions or issues. Our OEM-trained and certified technicians must meet annual certification requirements to ensure they are well-versed on the latest changes in technology and/or Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. ERSI Bell Helicopter s only company-owned CSF, Edwards Rotorcraft Solutions, Inc. (ERSI) is an FAA approved repair station for all Bell Helicopter aircraft as well as other OEM models. Located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, ERSI serves as a gateway to our Central and South American customers, many of whom have onsite scheduled and unscheduled maintenance performed at this facility. In addition to onsite support, ERSI provides worldwide parts sales and support. GROWING OUR GLOBAL CAPABILITIES AVIATION SERVICE, A.S. In 2010, Bell Helicopter acquired Aviation Service a.s., its maintenance service facility in Prague, Czech Republic. The facility has received European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 145 Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) certification as well as Part 145 Maintenance Organization Approval certification from the Ukraine State Aviation Administration. These certifications allow Bell Helicopter to expand our capabilities to meet the maintenance and modernization needs of our current European fleet of aircraft and provide a foundation to accommodate future growth with local completion and customizing capability for new aircraft deliveries. BELL ASIA SERVICE CENTER Since the mid-1970s, Bell Helicopter has called Singapore home, providing our customers in the Asia-Pacific a local base for their sales and supply needs. Over the past several years, Bell Helicopter recognized an increasing need to provide additional aftermarket support to our customers around the globe, specifically in the growing Asia- Pacific region. Collaborating with our sister company, Cessna Aircraft Company, we opened a new service facility in Singapore in July The new, state-of-the-art facility significantly expands our capabilities in the region and allows us to provide customization and completions work, major refurbishment projects, labor and parts sales, maintenance, repair and overhaul and pilot and mechanic training. ENGINE SERVICES Bell Helicopter s affiliate, McTurbine, specializes in military and commercial applications of the Rolls-Royce M250 series II and IV engines and modules and Goodrich TA series fuel controls and governors. From the moment the engine is received, our mechanics follow rigorous processes to ensure a high quality repair or overhaul. Through disassembly, parts cleaning, non-destructive testing (NDT) and detailing inspection, they perform a comprehensive analysis on the state of the engine. Upon completion of the repair or overhaul the engine is tested on-site in our engine test cell, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to our customers requirements. We are an FAA Certified Repair Station, compliant with ISO 9001:2008 and certified to AS9100.

Bell Helicopters Rotor Blade Centers specialize in the inspection, repair and modification of rotor blades for all in-production Bell Helicopter models and numerous out of production models as well. In addition, we are an approved repair provider of select August Westland models and for the Sikorsky S-76. At Bell Helicopter, we understand the environmental impact on rotor blades which can render your aircraft inoperable. Our blade repair technicians are trained to rapidly identify the outstanding issues and, following OEM approved practices, complete a high-quality repair, minimizing your downtime. With facilities in the United States, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates, Bell Helicopter s blade repair facilities have the ability to dispatch technicians to complete repairs at your facility, bringing service and support directly to your hangar door. Our blade repair facilities are backed with OEM support and have achieved approvals from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and are recognized as FAA-approved repair stations. COMPOSITE PANELS Bell Helicopter s composite panel facility offers customized panels that can be built-to-print or designed to meet your specific requirements. We continuously expand our capabilities, adding new part numbers on an annual basis. Our FAA certified technicians have the capability to design, repair or overhaul composite panels, and the facility carries Bell Helicopter Product Manufacturing / Direct Ship Authority and is an FAA approved and Bell Helicopter Authorized Repair Station. The facility is also ISO 9100:2008 compliant and AS9100 certified. Approved by the FAA to complete panel overhaul services and to upgrade panels to newer dash numbers, we can overhaul your composite panel with 100 percent replacement capabilities, ensuring a high quality end-product. Overhaul panels are also available on an exchange basis, removing the need to ship your unserviceable panel prior to overhaul. Some panels don t require a complete overhaul, and in those cases, our Repair Services authorizes us to perform a more costeffective option of sectional and/or isolated repairs. As an FAA approved manufacturing and repair station, our quality control program includes some of the most stringent policies and standards in the industry. We verify the quality of our products and tooling with process test specimen verification and destructive testing. Weekly chemical testing is performed to ensure the chemical concentration levels are in compliance with our process specifications. In progress and final inspections are performed on each item, and check and balance points have been strategically located in the process to ensure the quality of each panel or service. REMANUFACTURING: RESTORING A LEGEND Home to the Huey II production line, and an AS9100:2004 Rev C certified facility, the Bell Helicopter Ozark facility performs maintenance, repair and overhaul for the full light and medium Bell Helicopter product line including: Airframes/depot level structural repairs Avionics Fuel cells Engines Drive train components Hydraulic systems Electric circuitry NDT Paint The Bell Helicopter Ozark facility is a Part 145 approved facility for Bell Helicopter, and has performed services for a variety of U.S. military and state agencies in addition to NASA and foreign military governments. The Bell Huey II program was implemented to enhance the capabilities of one of Bell s most iconic and popular aircraft. Using the UH-1H airframe, the Bell Huey II program updates the drive train system, increases the max gross weight to 10,500 lbs (4,763 kg) and complete other modification and updates as necessary, depending upon the quality and condition of the existing airframe. It is the only OEM recognized and supported UH-1H modification on the market today. Classified as a public use aircraft, the Bell Huey II is used primarily for military and paramilitary operations and law enforcement. From drug eradication to security, the Bell Huey II continues the great legacy of its predecessor.
