Yelp & Urbanspoon Setup - $25 per profile ($25 fee includes setup for both services) Yelp & Urbanspoon Management - $10 per month per profile ($10 fee includes management for both services) Yelp Setup includes: Complete Yelp Page setup- includes graphics & logos, hours of operation, phone & location, any photos or additional content you want to provide to personalize your page. Yelp Management includes: We will notify you when reviews are posted and provide consultation on a response. We will periodically update graphics with new sales event images. Urbanspoon Setup includes: Complete Urbanspoon Listing setup- includes adding link to your menu, social sites, hours of operation, phone & location, any photos or additional content you want to provide to personalize your page. Urbanspoon Management includes: We will notify you when reviews are posted and provide consultation on a response. Online Reputation Management Cost $50 per month per location Includes: Monitoring positive and negative feedback about your restaurant. Providing complaint resolutions. Evaluating success, challenges, issues, and brand awareness. Tracking your restaurants mentions online, notifying you and responding as necessary. People are talking online. We ll listen and become part of the conversation, providing valuable feedback and consumer insight.

We will engage with, and have fun with, your followers. We will throw out lots of #highfivepaws to your customers. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Additional information about how we will manage your page: We work closely with A&W Marketing and their Social Media team to align on sales events, branding, and other events, so what s going on in your store matches your digital space. Aside from being able to use your photos, we have the full library of A&W stock images, Rooty & kids art, sales event artwork, and a 100+ pieces of custom POP we ve created for the Local Store Marketing program that we will use. We will monitor your page daily for inappropriate content & comments. We will provide a response to customer comments and messages within 24 hours. We can provide a summary of any positive feedback on a daily, weekly or monthly basis depending on the your preference. We have been providing A&W creative ideas & artwork for their national Facebook page since 2012, and we will continue to do that for your page. How do we measure success? We'll help you set goals and milestones to measure your pages growth & success, as well as utilizing analytics features to see what content your guests respond to most. We also suggest running things like incentive programs to grow your page. Example: have a contest between your team to like or comment on posts. Offer a small reward to the most active team member. Your team members are most likely active on social media, and this can be a great way to jumpstart your fan base.
