6 Terms and Conditions All prices exclude VAT (not applicable if paid from a foreign account), photography, copywriting, purchase of stock imagery, licensing and hosting fees, domain registration/s, any payment gateway fees and language translations unless specified otherwise in this rate card. Rates subject to change from time-to-time. Rates can only be confirmed on sign-off of a proposal. A 50% deposit is due prior to commencement of work. The balance will be billed pro-rata at the end of each calendar month for work completed within that period. Final balance is due on completion of the project, prior to going live. A contingency factor of but not limited to 20% should be added to your budget (for modifications outside of the scope of the project). This will only be charged if the scope is altered and you will be notified beforehand. These rates exclude any travel and travelrelated costs. Any system or IT specific Intellectual Property developed during the scope and course of this project will remain the property of DJM until full and final receipt of payment. Source code of all development work remains the property of DJM, whereas the source code of any systems and websites developed for the client remain the clients property. Any maintenance contracts are valid for a minimum of a six month period with a two full calendar month notice period during the first six months and one full month notice thereafter, unless stipulated otherwise in the Cost Estimate.
