Role Profile JOB PURPOSE: To support the Head of Asset Performance in maintaining accurate asset information and data. Updating, reporting and implementation of the asset management system. Implementation of processes and procedures across Asset Management, Delivery and Energy. Work closely with key internal colleagues, property team and residents in order to ensure accurate and consistent data is reported across the Group and support the development of option appraisals for investment, divestment and management of stock. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Working closely with the Neighbourhood Planning Manager and stock condition surveyors, delivery and energy teams to undertake day to day management of asset management systems and data. 2 Implement standard processes and procedures across the Asset Management team, and ensure accurate and consistent data is recorded and reported across the Group. 3 Liaise closely with responsive and void repairs, development, delivery and energy teams and collate all component completions and tenant refusals. Prepare Asset Management software generic interface and import data. 4 Prepare periodic property attribute/repair reports and analyse data to identify missing and poor stock condition and asset data. Review DH performance and produce DH reports in order for DH failures to be validated and Keystone updated. 5 Collate, monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators across the Asset Management Team and produce the monthly Asset Management Dashboard. 6 Responsible for continuous improvement, service level agreements, ensuring the Asset Management team are updated on new processes and procedures 7 Work effectively with central and local teams to ensure that new assets and sold assets and critical data is deleted / added or amended on the database and produce monthly reports to confirm compliance. 8 Ensure effective communication between all teams, to disseminate key data in relation to proposed programmes. Ensure Orchard User defined codes are accurate and updated in a timely manner. 9 Oversee the preparation of all communication to residents in relation to Asset Management team activities and where appropriate promote the Group in a positive manner. 10 Implement effective systems to review and audit data quality and take action to resolve any issues identified, including the identification of new critical data needed to support the business. Trained in the use of SQL for adhoc reporting ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION: Context/Environment: Working Relationships: Will be an operational contact for Your Housing Group with Communities and Your Response staff, Asset management colleagues and residents. Additional Information Post has Group wide responsibility and will be required to travel throughout the Group to attend meetings and roll out processes and procedures.
