Memory Module Specifications KVR667DD4F5/4G 4GB 5M x 7-Bit PC-5300 CL5 ECC 40- FBDIMM DESCRIPTION This document describes s 4GB (5M x 7-bit) PC-5300 CL5 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) fully buffered ECC dual rank memory module. This module is based on eighteen stacked 5M x 4-bit (thirty-six 56M x 4-bit) 667MHz DDR FBGA components. The module also includes an AMB device (Advanced Memory Buffer).
